“I stay on the other side of town, but I was in the area one day so I stopped by and I had a good experience. All of the branch staff have been very approachable, polite and friendly. Than I met Leslie which is the main reason I return. She is absolutely amazing! Not only is she really sweet but she is also knowledgeable so I felt very comfortable with her right away. I was unfamiliar with a lot of the different services the bank has to offer, so anything new made me unsure. But Leslie was a good listener, she talked me through it, answered all my questions and/or concerns and gave me time to make sure I was completely confident before making any decisions which I appreciated. This branch is lucky to have such a great staff and I am so thankful to have met Leslie ? I will definitely be returning for any of my banking needs. Thanks”
“I went to the machine after hours. It was nice to be able to still have access inside instead of using the machine in the parking lot. I don't trust a machine in the parking lot since I had one eat my card once and it took a month to replace. This machine was great since others make you hit the plus and minus for the bills of currency you want. This one just asked if you want all 20's or mixed currency to save you the hassle.”

“Unlike broke frank and everyone else, I know this is a very very professional and secured and very high end bank and they won't deal with any broke people like frank or dot have have account, They don't need to justify it to anyone if want to be abletodeal woth ohiosavingsthen get an account. If your not good enough for them, then your just not good enough. Ohio savings would rather "not" deal with people like "frank" than give them anything. Frank can take his broke self and little bills to a check cashing place its not the banks fault "frank" cant follow simple rules like everyone else other than that ohio savings is great, I personally like the beautiful blonde manager she's sweet and very pretty”

I could not be more pleased with the level of communication, thoroughness, and customer service the bank has provided.My initial phone conversation was with Ven Achanti. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure he fully understood the issue and followed up quickly over email to get some further information that we discussed.I then had a call with Bob Naegele and Bogdana Alba, who wanted to get an understanding of the business and our requirements to make sure they could be of assistance. Both Bob and Bogdana were friendly and knowledgeable. Once we all agreed that this was the right fit for our business needs, I flew out to complete the account opening process.Upon arrival at the branch, I was greeted by Ven who was just as nice in person as on the phone. I then met with Bogdana who efficiently moved through the process and was very nice and easy to work with. Bob then stopped in to say hello and see what else they could do to be of assistance to our business.All in all, a great experience. If you are a business owner in need of a bank, this is the one. “I LOVE Third Federal. They are a 'local' bank and, in my experience, they have treated their customers with fairness and dignity. When I bought my house over 30 years ago I got my mortgage with them. Over time, they have never sprung any surprise fees on us. Their online banking is, at least for me, easy to use.”

“The times are a changing your experience at your local bank ?.This one will work for your needs.The teller, which I think is the only one, does the work of 3 people at times, you know that perfect storm of the person turning in change 2 people in line and the people at the window.Otherwise you can get in and out quickly enough.Location is easy and turning right on to pearl road is encouraged, the left turn is a tough one.ATM ? is easy.”

“I was looking for a bank to use for a small business I will be starting . As soon as I walked in I knew I wanted to bank here. Everyone is so nice and willing to help . Does not matter how small or big your account is or what you would like to do . I watched as they treat everyone that walks through the door like family . I was shocked to hear so many people addressed by name as they walked in and the small talk that was made. It’s very homey and has a very comfortable feel the moment you walk in the door . I have not felt this way or seen this type of interaction from a bank since I was a child and would go to the bank with my grandparents.”

“Everyone there gives 110 percent customer service. All friendly and go out of their way. Recently I went in to get a paper notorized. I was struggling to walk cashier saw me holding on to wall and shouted out and asked if I needed help and also anything I needed. I told her why I was there and then Patty Jo Silvaggio stood up and had me sit at her desk. She took care of my needs. She was very happy and friendly. She made me feel welcome and relaxed. She even offered to pull car up to the front door. She walked with me to the outside and stayed outside until I was safely in my car. Thank you Chase Bank. You are all wonderful. Kim”
