“I have never seen a better set up bathroom for a store. They had a flip out stool for my 3 yr old to stand on so we could actually wash his hands. Then they had paper towels insteadof that air dryer that scares him and they had a door that pushed out so you didn't have to waste towels to open the door. Thank you so much for thinking of everyone that uses the bathroom. It was also incredibly clean!”

“Went into Best Buy to purchase a TV. The purchase went Flawless salesman was more than helpful in finding a model that suited my needs. I was looking for something cheap but had good quality. Thing that I was going to put in an enclosed trailer that is like a hurricane on Wheels I wanted something that could take a little bit of a beating. Went with an open box Hisense u7k. Being that it was open box got it for less than half price. About the only problem was they forgot to wrap it up and I had to wait around for about an hour. After going back inside and notifying them that I've been waiting they immediately helped bring it out and put it in the truck.”

“I purchased a riding lawn mower. The sales person, Jim Novak was very helpful and knowable about the unit.
Home depot has a 90-day satisfaction return policy.
After using it a couple time, I determined that my lawn is too hilly for a riding mower. The mower worked fine it just didn't like mowing on the side of a hill.
I called Jim and told him of my decision to return it. He was very professional, respectful, there was no challenge to my decision.
Within a couple hours he came to my home and picked up the mower. He even saw to it that my credit card was credited for the purchase. I didn't even have to come into the store.
I'll be in the market for a new mower very soon and rest assured I will be getting it from Home Depot.

I forgot the name of the kind young man (he puts all the displays together I was told) he brought us two bottles of water!I hope the manager sees this review and takes the time to do something special for these wonderful employees! Kind, professional and knowledgeable! Also, I need to mention Nicky at the self help register she made sure we didn't have any problems as we were checking out the merchandise! “Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
