Our dogs had a wonderful stay at Fetchington. They are both small terriers that were rescued out of situations of abuse. The staff at Fetchington was wonderful. I had some strange instructions for them like never pick them up, etc. and they did everything I asked for and more. They updated me through texts and put my mind at ease. I could tell that they really enjoyed having the pups there as well. Usually when I get the dogs back from a boarding facility, they are nervous wrecks for the first couple of days, won’t eat, won’t sleep, etc. They came home so happy and healthy from Fetchington. we will be lifelong customers.

Not friendly.. Staff leaves around 7pm and doesn't return until the next morning. Dogs whose routine requires a potty after 7pm are forced to either hold it until the following morning or have an indoor accident, which can be emotionally taxing for a trained dog. This place is foo foo. If you are a Frasier Crane type with a boutique doodle, have at it, you're the target customer. Otherwise it's overpriced and you're paying for the illusion of luxury. They also breed discriminate and their owner is a rude drama queen. Try elsewhere.

I have two older Havanese that were not socialized properly when they were younger. They are not the best around people they do not know. I was very nervous about taking them for the first time last year. I had never boarded them before. The staff was very helpful and informative, and took such great care of my babies! When I came to pick them up three days later, they did not want to come home with me! I wouldn’t consider taking my dogs anywhere else! They have since been overnight on one other occasion and have a couple reservations coming up. I don’t even hesitate anymore!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle. She is amazing, and very thorough with explaining everything. I am very excited about using the boarding services for my 2 English labs when we go out of town. I love the layout, and seeing how happy all the furry tenants were just made my day.

BEWARE OF 7 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. They WILL charge you for the entire stay of your pet if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason. I tried to cancel my pets reservation, 3 days prior, they claimed they would try and fill her spot, of course that didn't happen, they charged me $250 for no services received! This company thinks this is a normal policy. This will be the first of many reviews to come.

This was the first time we boarded our special needs dog and it was an excellent experience! The amount of time and attention they invested to understand his unique challenges gave me so much comfort. He came home healthy and happy so it was clear that he enjoyed his time at The Fetchington! I especially loved the report card we received when we picked him up!

The Fetchington Pet Hotel is the perfect home away from home for you dog! Our dog Chevy goes to doggie daycare there twice a month and he is a guest at the hotel when we go out of town. The owners (Tonia and Josh) are incredible. They are welcoming, accommodating and have put their heart and soul into making the Fetchington the premier place for dogs! The staff treats your pets like their own, they always have smiles on the faces and you can tell they love what they do. Follow them on Facebook and you will see that they capture all their guests daily with fun pics so when you are away from your pet, you get to see all the fun! I highly recommend The Fetchington!

Tonia and the whole crew at Fetchington are fantastic. I’ve been taking my dog there for daycare since his was about 6 months old. He is so excited every time I drop him off.

My pup, Gracie, loves attending doggy daycare at the Fetchington. You can’t say the words “friends“ or “daycare “ without her running to the door. She looks forward to her weekly days and having a blast swimming in the pool, playing in the sand, and socializing with other dogs. When we head on vacation, we know the Fetchington is the place to keep Gracie. We know she is enjoying her vacation as well. They take great care of the dogs in their care and it’s the only place I recommend for doggy daycare and hotelStays!! We love being an apart of their pack!! ?

Our dog Piper had her first boarding experience here at Fetchington. We could see from all the pictures posted on Facebook that we need not worry about the care she was getting. She looked so happy in the pictures! Having Piper there at Fetchington gave us peace of mind and we were able to enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend this facility.

My three Beagles had an excellent time at Fetchington. This was the first time I need to board my dogs. I was very nervous about finding good a place. All 3 were rescue dogs with minimal dog interactions outside of our home. All 3 had a great time and came home exhausted from all of the fun.
