“Good people. Fast service. The only thing that was wrong is that I ordered two angle stops, and they were gate valves instead of 1/4 turn, but I didn't specify... so really no one's fault but mine. The guys at Dayton Winnelson know me well, so they know I never use gate valves.”
“Amazing store. They have everything you could need for quick repairs. They also carry a wide range of Indoor outdoor products. Staff is great They always greet you and are more than happy to assist you with anything. Not only do they know where everything is they can explain how to use it or if it's right for you purposes. I will go here before making the trip to any big store.”
“This place is dangerous to my wallet. Every time I shop there I want to spend time working on ideas I have for projects and because of their selection I wind up with new projects I want to try. I love shopping there, especially in the metals area. The staff is awesome and the selection is really good!!!”

“This store had great customer service both in person and on the phone. Honestly saved a customer after a terrible experience at another location. Unfortunately I didn't catch the employees names but I truly appreciate them . If I didn't live more than 50 mi away this would be my regular store.”
“Went to pick up a few items for the house, when I noticed the D.A.V. /Veteran parking was gone. I did my shopping and asked the customer service what happened to the D.A.V. / Veterans parking spots? She called and found out they corporate made the decision to get rid of it. I told them I was a veteran and in Harrison Ohio, there are disabled vets and veterans from WWII, Afghanistan, Gulf War, Persian Gulf, and much more. It was only 2 spots, not sure why they got rid of them. Also, there are 3 spots for people to just walk up and put their stuff in their cars, also in the front of the building says we love our Veterans. I kinda chuckled when I read that, especially since they took the parking away from them. I called corporate and wrote them a letter ✉️. Not sure it'll help, some of you may not care about this, but I do. If no one speaks up then nothing will change. We have to at least try. They do still give a veterans discount at least right now when this review was posted.”
