So stupid that you can’t even get an answer to a simple question. Like what size wiper blades go on my semi. It obviously tells me y’all don’t sell them nor do you offer to replace them. So dumb how low customer service has gotten in this industry. What ever happened to customers first and making sure you help them. They obviously don’t even have a chart for wiper blade sizes which any good or half decent truck shop should have.

Make sure you get prior approval for the requested work..before pulling in shop. Don't assume anything. They will try to make more work for quote, bills Invoice. Never going to any Loves...unless I'm dead in the water...ha ha ha...You guys don't have to create work...honest work and word of mouth will get you plenty business. Your bad business practices which are Nationwide...looking at things not requested is going to backfire....greed kills

Guys, if possible, do not come here, they are slow and not compliments, if possible, go to another place, I waited for 5 hours and did not receive help and called another service, so do not wait in line and go to another place

I went change tire he said close no badie workingToday 4/21/24 Sunday.in the goggles said 24 hour 7 day work.I’m coming 56 miles dedhed which is not good don’t come on Sunday

Its a shame in this day and age that customer service has taken a back seat to an industry that needs it the most. 2nd in line at 1:15pm, now 5th in line at 5pm. Always the same excuse, "I only have 1 Tech today" Unfortunately, not just this location, but most anywhere you go. Lets throw a couple of PM's in front of a 30 minute tire sale. Down the road we go...... Cant wait.

I had good experience here. BJ replaced 4 brake shoes and 1 wheel seal. Everything took 6 hours.

Jacob was very patient and friendly when I inquired about a mud flap replacement. It took some time because they were busy but he got it done nevertheless.

Awfull place.... !st my driver spent whole day there to patch a trailer tire (nail penetrated). Once they started working they said they cant help him and only thing they can do is to put new tire... Awful, awful place

I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate our hard working, wonderful mechanics here who took their time to check everything and did wonderful job on timely manner! I only came in to do oil change but they helped me change mad flap brackets, checked the differentials oil levels, engine filter and cabin filters, windshield wiper blades and more! Amazing team here thank you ??

Terrible place especially employee Antony When I didn't buy tires from here, they replaced the old tire without inflating it and sent it back.

Very worst place for a tire change service, Check in was 7:00 am and they called me at 9:00 am. It took 5 hours but they only removed the wheel and said one more hour. One mechanic works for 3 trucks. Better find another place for service, don't waste your time.
