“The crew communicated extremely well leading up to, during and after our move. The virtual tour was very helpful to my schedule. Even with a change in our plans they were able to accommodate. The crew came on time and loaded up everything quickly and without any damage to my belongings or our property. At drop off the team was just as great.
The driver/leader whom we called “Captain Kirk” really made sure the process went well on site at pick up and delivery.

“Lovely no contact option, incredibly self explanatory, and the access hours to the garage are great! We put blankets and newspapers to line our garage in case of heavy rain and none of them came into contact with any water. Love the app too and it allows you to open the gate from your phone!”

“Sylvia is a great person to work with! I have had several units, a few at this location, in many facilities but I stay at this one because of the personal service I get with Sylvia. Others have helped me and task is completed satisfactorily, but I can honestly say that if Sylvia was not here, I would have moved out of your facility. She listens and spends that extra time,asking sure I'm happy with what she has found for me. I believe she really cares about the faces she encounters as more than just a paycheck...which I hope is huge because I can't be the only one that has joined, or doesn't leave, because of her desire for us to stay with your company! I hope she is here, and paid what she is worth, until she makes the choice to move on. And when she does, of she moves to another facility or company, I will follow her there.
