This happened 3 weeks ago, just posting a late review.I found out about this salon on the search engine, when I was looking for a place to have a haircut. They have really great reviews so I was convinced to go and try them, and also because they open very early compare to the other salon. I called them and asked if I needed to have a reservation, the lady who I talked to told me that I didn't need to. But when I arrived, I was still at the parking lot when a lady came out and told me that I needed a reservation. I explained to her that someone told me I didn't need to. She told me that she was the one I talked to(I think she's the owner, I'm not sure). If she had told me on the phone in the very first place that I needed to have a reservation, I wouldn't have wasted my time going there. Or I could've made a reservation. I was there at 830 in the morning and it was also hard to find the place. I spend at least another 45 mins to find a salon near me, and had to wait until they open. The next salon I found opens at 10am, so I had to wait in my hot car.It was very hot that day, my car's old and doesn't have air. At least a little consideration or kindness would be enough compensation to the trouble. Again, THEY TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T NEED A RESERVATION when clearly they do. She was rude, she never apologized, and she could've asked me if I wanted to schedule for another time or day. None of that happened, that's why I'm very disappointed, mad even.

Rhonda was terrific . She listened to me and cut my hair perfectly. She is very friendly and made me feel great being my first time going there. I highly recommend Rhonda to everyone looking for a great hair dresser.

Rhonda was my grandmother’s stylist; I started going to Rhonda when I was a teen. She’s now cutting my son’s hair! I’ve been going to her salon 20+ years now because Rhonda does an amazing job! She has taught me to style my hair, given me highlights, full color, cuts, she does it all. I drive 30 minutes and pass many salons (at least 3 are within walking distance of my house) to get Rhonda’s expertise. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair- I’ve even received compliments from a other stylists after seeing Rhonda!
