Older woman cashier was chatting with an older gentleman making dates arrangements and they were talking very dirty to each other. Very vulgar. I had to wait for 10 minutes and had to ask if she was going to cash me out. This gentleman and I were the only. Customers in store. The store was very dirty and shelves and deli were completely empty. I would not recommend this bp duchess store to anyone, unless you want to date or have this older cashier woman to talk dirty to you. I've told my friends and family not to go to this particular store.

I can understand I'd policy for cigarettes, but only when you check everyone, not just certain people. Snicker and smerk with certain people but have more customers than them. DO YOUR JOB ALL I ASK...

The COMDATA terminal was out of receipt tape. I reported it to one clerk and she in turn referred me to another clerk who said she didn’t think she could print a receipt. I already knew that because I’ve had a problem with this location before because clerks do not know how to open the kiosk up and put receipt tape in it. All I wanted was a receipt, at least, someone other than a manager should know how to put paper into the kiosk so it can print a receipt. Someone should’ve had enough sense to take down my name, phone number and later, get me a receipt. It’s called common f****** sense people.

Diesel pump wouldn't print a receipt, and the cashiers have no clue how to do it.... oh, and no manager here... Way to go BP!!Guess I get to eat $150.00
