I took a stain glass panel that i had made years ago to the Verite Stained Glass Inc. For a estimate. It had some pieces that were cracked. It was attached to the front of a refrigerator door. It was for a custom van that I have. The owner looked at it and marked the pieces that needed replaced. And gave me a estimate. She gave me a call that it was done. The first thing I noticed was the one piece she replaced did not match the other off white pieces. It was pure white. It looked terrible. I told her that was unacceptable. It needed to be fixed right. She got a little testy. Plus it was not attached to the front of the door. She wanted me to do it. She couldn't figure out how to put it back together. So I left for a hour came back to pick it up. I paid 175.00 dollars for a job that was not completed. She said she as been doing this for over 40 years. She needs more training. She also needs to pay more attention on how things come apart. And she needs a better attitude towards the customer. So if you take something in there for repairs make sure you take pictures. Because she will probably will not no how to put it back together right. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. BEWARE!

This piece was a bit of a mess when we brought it into Sheree's shop. Multiple cracks in the glass and copious amounts of putty holding it into the frame. Despite the state of our piece, Sheree expressed enthusiasm towards the undertaking.Some of the glass had to be replaced and Sheree and her crew were able to find pieces from similar time periods.We knew our glass was in good hands when we left the shop. Updates and education was provided throughout the process and the love of the practice was visible on the faces of everyone in the shop when we arrived to pick up our piece.I can't express my appreciation enough to the proprietor and crew at Verite Stained Glass. Thank you!

Such a cute place, took my mom to make a glass fusion piece. Our instructor was very nice and interactive. Our jewelry turned our beautiful. Definitely want to go back

This glass shop has some beautiful pieces. Sharee took the time yesterday to educate our group of five and let us create our own pieces. She even provided assistance to the two of us who " are not so crafty". I would definitely return to this shop!

We made 2 glass pendants in a class. We live a few hours away, so we paid extra money to have them mailed to us. Quite a while later we had still not received the pendants, so I called.Unfortunately, the owner was extremely rude. She said it was my fault for not contacting her sooner. Then she went on to say there was nothing she could do anyway because if it got lost in the mail that's not her fault. Do not have them mail anything they do not track it and if it disappears they will not help you find it.I do not recommend Verite Stained Glass solely because of how rude the owner was.

Fantastic classes!! My wife & I are learning a lot taking up stained glass classes together. We wished we would of done this earlier, we would had done more during Covid. They are really great with teaching us & working with our work hours.

Very disorganized. They lost my pendant and she tried to blame it on me, stating I should have called before I came. It was 10 days after we created them and I DID call. She told me to come that Tuesday from 10-5. I got there at 11 and she couldn't find them. I had absolutely NOTHING to do with her losing my art work! So disorganized. Her and her partner were in the back room arguing and swearing at each other. So unprofessional. I asked for a refund and she said she doesn't have any money.? Left without a pendant or a refund, will be reporting her to BBB and States Attorney General's office. Extremely rude, disorganized and unprofessional. Will never go here again!
