“Absolutely Amazing! I was in a pickle and Ted came to the rescue. I woke up to a completely flat tire. My spare was flat as well. Luckily Ted had a used tire already on the same rim as mine. I had no way of getting the car to him. So he packed everything up and came to my house and swapped it out for me right there in the driveway. He was a life saver, I'll definitely be going back to him for my vehicle service needs!”

“Conrad's was great! I thought the alignment was off on my car, only to realize that I had driven over a nail which poked a hole in my tire. I called this morning and Conrad's was able to get my car in and fixed my tire in a few hours. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back.”

“Start to finish they did a great job. I dealt mainly with Shane and he kept me in the loop from start to finish. Although they had to keep the car longer than expected, I was not angry or upset knowing they were making sure my car was going to be safe and reliable to drive the distance. Very kind and very professional. Can't say enough good about this particular service area/store. Shane is excellent when it comes to being very professional and going over everything in great detail, so you know what to expect. I appreciate that in a business. If there is going to be a problem, they will call you and keep you updated because sometimes things are out of their control as was with my car. They would fix one thing and something else would break. You want an honest place to take your vehicle for repairs. This is the place.”
“We were towed in with a flat tire from a pothole encounter about an hour before closing on a Sunday. We live 40 miles from the store so not getting a tire would have been a huge inconvenience. The store manager and lone shop person stayed pretty late getting our car and other customers taken care of, and remained personable, polite and upbeat throughout. His extra effort really spared us a very difficult evening. The manager also seemed to know many of the customers that came in while we were waiting personally and was very professional and helpful to all of them. If we lived closer we would make the Lorain Firestone our permanent car care location.”
