“Very good experience. Scheduled an appointment a few weeks out for new tires and brakes on my Hyundai Elantra. The store was very busy, but they were quick and efficient. They told me my brakes still had life left in them, changed my tires and oil, and told me when to come back again. Very honest people and a great price. This will be my new auto shop.”
“The service was great--got questions answered and work to be done fully discussed. 2 things would make the process better. 1. Didn't realize there was the AAA discount. Should have been informed while writing up estimate.. 2. No mention of the charge for road test. If you have the work done perhaps that charge should be dropped.”

“The guys did a solid job installing my tires — no complaints on the work itself. I appreciate the care they took, and they even took a video walkaround of my vehicle to point out some recommended services. That part was cool, but no one actually went over those recommendations with me before I left, and nothing was provided in writing.
My only real issue was the wait. I showed up early and had both of my kids with me, and they still ran way over the time they initially gave me. I get that things happen, but a heads-up or more accurate estimate would’ve gone a long way.
Overall, decent experience and I’d come back, but I hope communication improves going forward.”
“my car alignment was terrible to the point where it was shaking and I had the wrong sizes tires on my car and they were imbalanced. just took my car there today and they fixed it perfectly. confidently back on the highway and I couldn’t get on the highway before. mechanics are legit & trustworthy.”
