Really unacceptable customer service. I called to ask if they had mezcal. Fairly common spirit, but not every place stocks it which is fine. The staff member told me to “come and take a look” for myself. That’s so insane to me!
No, I’m not going to jump through hoops to give you my business - it’s your *job* to be able to put me on hold, check your shelves, and give me a simple yes or no answer. The whole point of a phone call is that I don’t want to drive 30min just to find out what you could easily tell me over the phone. So low effort. I won’t be patronizing this business in the future.
Two stars only because I’m trying not too judge them too harshly by this one interaction. Judging by that alone, it’d be zero stars.

Went there on Friday the 10th. Selection of beer was great. Help was very nice finding all I looked for. Was double charged via an error with the machine. I called Monday and caught the male owner by surprise and he was not very receptive to hearing he owed me money. However, I assume his wife, B, she was so nice throughout. Remembered me and told me to wait a little while longer. I got my entire refund this morning no fuss. Always keep your receipt as this helped them find the double charge. I appreciate you getting it right Johnnys! I’ll be back…but maybe I should just use cash.?
