My husband and I are at the Oberlin store every Sunday. And sometimes 1 or 2 more times during any given week.
We buy our lunch meat at this store. Among other things. They have excellent choices and the deli is clean. However, the regular deli girl (I do not know her name) should not be working were she has to deal with people. She doesn't greet you when you walk up to the deli, matter of fact if she is doing something she will ignore you until she is done. She doesn't say anything at all. She has been angry and thrown stuff. And this last time we were in there 5/26/24, she gave my husband the wrong lunch meat. We will continue to shop the Oberlin store, because we like it and all the other employees are wonderful. But, I think this deli girl should be moved to a place she doesn't have to see people. Thank you.

I've had BAD experiences here in the past with certain rude pharmacy personnel, but thankfully not today! Jon C. is phenomenal. The front-end staff are typically quite courteous and helpful as well.I also like to do a lot of my grocery shopping here. They carry pastas and cereals that I cannot find anywhere else in the area. Also, good produce at fair prices!

DO NOT GO HERE! to the pharmacy specifically. Valarie R? needs to be fired. the attitude and disrespect on her was disgusting. train your employees to have common sense & kindness. She rolled her eyes at me for simply getting my prescription

I've been going to their pharmacy for a few years since it's closest to my house. They CONSTANTLY have the drive thru closed and when you go inside there are 6 people working. Now the drive thru is open and they ignore you for so long you end up going in anyways. Get it together, people go to the drive thru for faster service and to NOT HAVE TO GO IN. Please prioritize your customers.

Have everything you need but stay away from the pre-made chicken sandwich I USED to get them all the time (when fresh) I got 2 the other day that night I was sick as a dog won't eat them again but other than that I love the place!

My favorite place to shop. The Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and I completely trust them. The deli is very clean and offers a good variety. This store has everything I am looking for, and the employees are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.
