I didn’t have my CVS extra care card with me but the young lady at checkout assisted helped me access my account. She was pleasant and helpful; a real asset to CVS.

This store is clean but not always true to their hours. Sometimes, there's just a sign on the door that says they'll reopen the following day. The pharmacy (when they actually are open and not out to lunch) will take nearly 10 minutes per customer, chit-chatting about life, causing the line to back up around the corner every time. Items are marked up and over-priced, and the variety isn't as good as other CVS, but the cashiers, working out front, are gems. The cashiers are efficient and friendly, so that's why I keep returning. Upcharging items is one thing, but to ALSO be short-staffed, while cutting corners on customer service is another. It's so nice to have a pharmacy in this location, but it's almost more efficient to drive out of town to a different location. I've tried 4 times to pick up a prescription there now, and still haven't been able to get to the front of the line efficiently.

My daughter has several disabilities that require her to be on a very expensive medication that also happens to be a controlled substance which means it is expensive and hard to get sometimes. The pharmacy at Oberlin is awful. We have been using them for years because my insurance required it for the best rate and even then we pay $1300 out of pocket for three a month supply. My daughter is now 18 and we have been doing this since she was around 5 or 6. A couple of years ago, more people started using this med, making it difficult to get. When the medication began to become harder to find we were no longer able to do a three month supply, and had to go down to month by month. At no time has the pharmacy ever accommodated us as long-term clients. They make it exceedingly difficult to fill our prescriptions and when we question why things take so long, they give us incredible attitude. I myself have worked over the years in customer service roles and I tend to be nicer than most people because of it. But when I’m being nice and asking a legitimate question and a staff member gives me attitude, that absolutely sends me over the edge particularly when it’s my daughters health at stake. Do not use this pharmacy!!! I will be switching over to LaGrange now that my insurance allows it as it’s a smaller pharmacy and they treat you like a small town should.

Has to be the worst cvs in northeastern ohio. Multiple times they say prescription is filled just to not have the medication in stock. They say they have called and texted but they never do.

We use this CVS because it's close to home. But as of late we realized they are marking UP items. Found a winter/Christmas Snoopy for a gift, got it home, packed it, then looked at tag I took off versus the receipt. Tag said item was 13.99 but they charged 16.99. As if everything there isn't already more expensive than other stores, they are now marking things up more. It's ridiculous and I can't even return the item now that it's already had the tag removed. Guess we will just stop using this store for prescriptions and anything else we need. ?

Had to get a prescription for my daughter. While there a lady was having a very bad day and despite her attitude, the pharmacist did everything to make it right for her. Keep that kindness going it was very humbling to see ❤️

I've been happy with this pharmacy for many years now. The Pharmacist, Joe, is very professional and kind.While they've had some issues with pharmacy staff, and they really were problematic, they're open to feedback and make changes to improve things.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with . They never have your medicines ready even after the text you numerous times . That your medicines are ready the manager of the pharmacy is very rude . He doesn’t respect people privacy as he says loudly the medicines you are taking . Which is violating the hippa law . The other pharmacy staff are just as rude and don’t waste your time telling the store manager. Cause the manager is friends with the pharmacist and will get you no where . The pharmacist had a breakdown in front of all of us customers. And was slamming down our medicines on the counter . And blaming us for his anxiety attack . Numerous occasions I have been there picking up my medicines. I have seen him getting mad cause people are calling to ask questions or to get refills . I have heard him on many occasions saying people need to stop calling and use the cvs app . And has also said the more people that call the longer I will take to fill your medicines. Seriously? I thought he worked for us customers very rude and unprofessional. Took all of my medicines out of that pharmacy would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone

Service is so much better here at CVS. Moved here from Walmart because their delivery option was so cumbersome. CVS associates seem more aggressive towards helping you. I like it!
