I was in a hurry to grab a couple things on my lunch break. My fault, I was not paying attention to the total on the card terminal, signed and dashed. Next day I realized I was overcharged. I called the store, they pulled up the transaction, confirmed the error, and issued a credit on the spot. It is great to have all of those great woodworking tools and supplies in a store nearby where you can see and touch them. Even better though to be treated fairly like in the old neighborhood hardware store. Thanks for doing it right!

Had a similar experience as another customer. Walked around for about 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged me. I'm new to woodworking and had a few questions. One associate answered them and helped out but then seemed to be eyeballing me rest of the time there. Made me feel like I didn't belong or worse that I was going to steal something. Bought a small block of wood and left.

Great family/small business feel to the place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. Bought some beautiful wood for the laser cutter. Will be bank!

Loved the tool selection, was ready to drop some money on a saw stop…but after 30 minutes and one sales rep was playing on their phone and another was helping a customer with smaller tools. I don’t mind waiting but this was ridiculous. Ended up walking out with my money and going to spend it somewhere where I can get help. Not one person acknowledged me. I felt invisible.

Unfortunately they did not have what I needed I was looking for an 18 inch long drill bit 3/16 diameter but they didn't have anything like that

Worst customer service. There were more people working than customers and we still couldn’t get any assistance. Ended up leaving after 20 minutes. Won’t go back.

This store seems to be populated by near Zombies. They move around in a fog like manner, starring off into space while customers wait for help. I called in for an item of a specific size and was told they had a limited supply, and I asked for a hold for me to pick up the next day. I drive 15 mi round trip through construction and a vast array of lights to get there, only to find that despite my stating the required size, multiple times, the item on hold was wrong and they don't even stock the sized I requested! I really don't think I'll ever bother to even think about another visit there!
