Probably under staffed, maybe 2 or 3 people. Supplies maybe scarce and no follow ups or response to doctor request for patient needs. Mercy ??

I just spoke with a man from this company to purchase sheep skin pads. Unfortunately they didnt have exactly what I need but was kind enough to offer alternatives. Had outstanding customer service and demeanor.
