“I have utilized VEI for many services on several of my vehicles. I have always been more than satisfied and very, very pleased.
Most recently I took my new vehicle in and when I picked it up I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that had been preformed. I discussed my concerns with Jeremy and clearly my overall satisfaction was his main concern.
My situation involved a third party vendor making the solution a bit more complicated. Jeremy not only took the initiative to coordinate the work with the third party vendor but he checked on my vehicle several times during the process.
I have my new vehicle back and it looks beautiful. The inconvenience of being without my vehicle was well worth the outcome.
If only all business owners would provide the customer service Jeremy provides, life would be easy!!!!!

“Today, my wife and I purchased our second BMW from Voss Village BMW. We traded in our M235ix convertible for a 2025 430ix convertible. Taylor Lambert (Client Advisor), Lauren Frost (Client Advisor), Aaron Kerstanski ( General Sales Manager) and Jared Howell (Business Manager) all did a fantastic job of taking good care of us. It is a relaxed, comfortable environment. They listen to what your requirements are and work to meet those requirements by getting you the right car for the right price. In our case we needed to order our car to get what we wanted. The 430 is made in Dingolfing, Germany. It only took 2 months for the car to be delivered to us from the time we placed the order. The entire time that we were waiting for the car, we were able to track it through production and shipping right to when it arrived at Voss. Voss Village BMW works to build relationships, and we will be considering them for all of our future automotive needs.”

“This place was easily the best diy car wash I have ever been to and I am not just saying that to say it. It was incredibly well kept up. All of the soaps and wax were stocked (that is a genuine first for me) and the lot was empty at 8pm (there was one other car vacuuming). The car wash does have an automatic washer but I can't comment on that as I used the power washer portion. The wash only costs $3 which is a very good deal for how well kept this place was. As long as they keep their prices low and soaps/wax stocked like it was I will keep coming back. It might sound silly but I almost want to go back again today, this place was just that good.”

“The only car was ill go to. No brushes so it doesn't scratch the clearcoat on my car and has two lanes so sometimes there is a wait but it has multiple wash options and cool lights/colors. The spot free rinse is great too.”

“This place is a life saver I had My car breakdown on the highway and a tow truck service was going to charge me $198 to tow About 5 miles they were asking me how much I was paying to get it towed and when I told the manager, he Got on the phone with someone he knew with a tow truck and got My car Tow to his shop for only $85. I need a fuel pump and he gave me a really great price. I am now a customer for life”

“Plaza Car Wash in Dayton, Ohio is a hidden gem that I finally had the chance to visit recently. I had always heard great things about this location, and I must say, it did not disappoint.
Upon arriving, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities. The vacuum machines were in excellent condition and worked quite well. It was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-organized environment for their customers.
I opted for the manual car wash, which was reasonably priced at $5 when using a credit or debit card. The convenience of being able to pay with a card was a plus for me. The manual car wash provided everything I needed to give my car a thorough cleaning, and I was pleased with the results.
Additionally, the cost of vacuuming at only 75 cents was a steal. I appreciated the affordability of this service, as it allowed me to thoroughly clean the interior of my car without breaking the bank.
Overall, Plaza Car Wash exceeded my expectations with its clean facilities, well-maintained equipment, and reasonable prices. I will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the Dayton area looking for a quality car cleaning experience.”

“Best car wash experience I've had in a long time. Friendly staff, helped pick the right package for my needs (drove from Phx AZ to Dayton OH and was covered in bugs) and they made sure with this package id lose the bigs and protect my car, they even extra sprayed the front of my car to really clean off the bugs. I feel like the usage of tools and the actual car wash itself were all really good and proper to my needs. I wish we had one down in AZ. Would 100% buy a subscription if there were in AZ near me. I'd be the first AZ customer if I could.”

“Best place in Dayton Ohio to give your car a little pampering. Full service includes. Vacuuming, spray down and scrub before it enters the touchless automatic wash bay. Then it's hand wiped down including door jams, sprayed with your choice of smell good. Wash inside windows. Then to finish it off they wipe down the wheels and tires and apply tire shine. Only place good enough for my ride.”

“This place is absolutely amazing. My poor truck is 5 years old with 90,000 miles worth of stone chips, scratches and other paint issues. I had a full paint correction done, full front PPF, PPF in problematic areas, full ceramic coating including the wheels and a full interior detail. My truck looks better than it did when I bought it. These guys are amazing!”
