“I had the most amazing experience at this shop. I dropped my car off at night (utilizing their night drop box) and received communication from them in the morning. There was nothing they could do for my car in terms of repairs and shared it had to be taken to the dealership. The team was amazing at this shop as they researched topics for me, printed out handouts, educated me on what was going on, and allowed me to communicate with them about future services. They showed me so much kindness and compassion as I was very stressed out due to my lack of knowledge in the automotive realm. “***** After eight plus years, once or twice each year, of HVAC issues. Just to have the AC go out in a few months. Kenworth of Dayton had the solution. Their Shoreline HVAC system is night and day the difference that I've spent the last twenty times in the shop trying to fix. The number one reason I will be back to Kenworth of Dayton is the mechanics took their time fixing my truck. They saved me a $400 ac line ($1200 total bill and a 7 day wait for the part) that was replaced within the last eight years. The experience and overall open-minded efficiency of the staff made for what will be a top destination to get my truck repaired correctly.”

“Very happy with my visit to C's Autohaus. I had a pesky oil leak on the Mercedes ML63 AMG and had tried to fix this myself as I can do basic repairs. However, I was unable to fix it and a friend recommended C's. They did an engine degreasing and a complete top to bottom inspection and generated an online report with explanations and pictures. Very thorough and found a couple of other issues that I was not aware of. Bottom line, they fixed the oil leak and did not try to upsell me on any services, and I'm a happy guy. I'll be a return customer.”
