Did a online curbside pickup order there app wasn't working for most folks waiting. So I asked a lady coming out to do someone's order to help me since there having issues. She told me to deal with it. I went in and asked for a manager due to the rude / disrespectful response I got. I was told by another lady she can't help but asked a co worker to help me that lady's response was silent with attitude in her face emotions like I ain't helping you. So I said due to your unwillingly to help with your disrespectful attitude I'm just going to leave and never shop here.

No training at all to service workers and lazy. Bad service. Call name. This is place was good. Getting really bad. No more Sam's. Going to Costco.

I was disgusted by how we were treated. My husband and i walked in. Came back out when we realized we would need a cart so my husband stopped to ask the two ladies who were at the door having a chat, where the flatbed carts are but they ignored him so i just walked out to grab a regular cart. When we came back in one of the ladies asked for our sams card. Myhusband began taking it out of his wallet when he asked didnt you see us we just walked out to get a cart. She got very loud and said she “had just got there she was on break”so my husband said, “no i just asked you where the carts are. She got very loud and aggressive and said “you lyin’, we just all look the same to you”. Then she took off through the store. I immediately asked the customer service lady for the manager her and two others asked me what just happened because they heard the lady scream at me. I waited ten minutes for the manager named karen who walked up with an even bigger attitude. I told her what just happened and her response was well i didnt hear her say it. I said it shouldnt matter. How will this be handled and she told me she rather speak with my husband. Why!? I was never rude, loud or condescending. We just left. I dont tolerate racism apparently this store does. I will never shop where i am clearly not welcome.

The layout of the store isn't entirely intuitive - not as easy to navigate as other Sam's locations I've been to. But they had everything I was looking for. The store was extremely clean. The associates were very pleasant.

Shopping carts are always an issue here! They are never available. Today it’s pouring rain so i ask why aren’t there any carts ? “We don’t go get the carts when it rains.” Excuse me? Haha. Any other grocery stores gets their carts Rain or shine. It’s literally apart of the job. Customers getting their own carts is insane.
