Let me start by saying Laura is the best receptionist around. I took my 06 f 150 in for a heater core fix & tune up & Brandon took good care of me, my truck finally has some real heat & not luke warm. I have to roll the windows down now. I can’t complain about the prices, cause Brandon is truly a fair guy. I will definitely recommend friends & family. You will be seeing me again.??

Couldn't be happier with the level of customer service and the actual work done on my vehicle. They do a tremendous job of keeping you up to date on the work being done. They also go above and beyond with the warranty company to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you!

These guys literally are my heroes. I was stranded on the side of the road in Bedford. I'm from Columbus so I was completely thrown off on what to do. Not only did they come and get my car towed they changed the battery and put on a alternator belt on in the same day so I could continue on to my location. I can not recommend this place enough. I would give them 10/5 stars.

Had a super pesky Check Engine Light that kept coming back on repeatedly and was hard to locate the problem. They were able to get me in soon, figure out the issue and explain clearly what it was and the fix. Fair prices and a good experience overall, I definitely recommend and will be back!

This place mounts tires on wheels for my company. They pick up the phone right away, and doing business with them is easy. The staff is friendly, helpful, and considerate.

Words can't describe how honest and helpful these people are. After being duped out of a couple thousand by 2 other autoshops in the area, Automotive Advantage was able to trace down the problem and get me and my 1999 Jaguar out of there without needing a wheelchair, both legs and arms attached. They always showed respect and were very courteous. Pleasant people to do business with!!
