Update 10/1/24: Andrew has now helped me buyout and own my MDX through acuras certified process ! Stephanie helped with the the long term acura care warranty and that gives me the piece of mind I need to enjoy this ride for a very long time!

“Just had my third body work done since 2013. In all three times they have been consistently excellent. What I appreciated most as an out of pocket self pay customer is that in each time they were able to save me unnecessary extra cost by fixing minor things without compromising quality where others said they need to replace these expensive parts. Today I noticed front bumper sensor was beeping more often than previously before repair and was somewhat wobbly in its socket. I stopped at the store half hour before they closed. Frank was the only one left getting ready to leave. I offered to come later but he insisted on taking care of it right then. It took him twenty minutes and a big abrasion on his forearm and it was all perfectly fixed. This is the old fashioned way of doing business. Skilled, honest, advocate on your behalf and take care of the job all the way.

“Mike did an excellent job fixing a pretty bad scratch on my door. Another body shop said the entire door and surrounding doors had to be painted and was going to cost a fortune but Mike said he could make it look like the scratch was never there without having to repaint half the car. It looks amazing and was done in just a couple of days and at a fair price. There aren't a ton of reviews of KEI on Google but if you check out any of the Chagrin Falls FB groups, there are hundreds of people recommending his work. I won't go anywhere else in the future. “I have been dealing with a constant leak since I bought my scatpack a couple of years ago. Had a new system installed by another mechanic and still had issues for a year.Found the muffler boss, what can I say other than he’s the BOSS! Fixed the leak, went above and beyond and did multiple smoke tests. These guys stand by their work and by far the best shop I’ve dealt with.”
