Dealt with Bryant’s for years on alignments and have sent many people to their business on recommendation. Recently scheduled an alignment for my car and they encountered an issue with the steering coupler joint being misaligned. They called me and asked if I wanted them to fix it or if I wanted to do it myself. I stated explicitly that I would do it myself, “to save on labor,” (they charge around $130 an hour for labor). The tech said he would return the attempted alignment back to how it was when it arrived. I return to pickup the vehicle and they charged me $214- doing the work I told them not to do. When I brought up the issue- the tech and owner became confrontational saying I told them to fix it on the phone (even though the owner was not on that phone call). The owner and tech stood there wide-eyed and upset that I was bringing up being up-charged. They were extremely rude and they were essentially calling me a liar. I’ve worked on vehicles for over a decade and have owned my own business for over 5 years- that is not how you treat customers- especially loyal ones that have forwarded business to you for years. I paid the $214 and took my vehicle. I would rather pay more money for worse service somewhere else now- just out of principle. I had never had problems with them before- but I won’t tolerate rude behavior. The tech apologized twice for the “miscommunication” but still charged me. It’s not an issue of money- it’s on principle. If they would have been kind and admitted it was a genuine misunderstanding- I still would have paid the $214; it’s their demeanor and accusatory nature that upset me. As a business owner myself- you need to hold yourself accountable and have the dignity to recognize when you are in the wrong; and not get aggressive- especially with long-term customers when they question the work you did unauthorized and still bill them for

Jeff and his team really came through for my wife and I. I had just finished building a Jeep TJ for off-road rock crawling and needed an exhaust system, front and rear alignment and the AC charged. We needed it done within a week so we could have the Jeep ready for an upcoming trip to Colorado. Jeff worked us in and was able to get everything done. It sounds and drives great and its nice an cool on the hot days of summer. Thanks Bryant's we'll be back!

Excellent service. Was upfront about issues on my truck when installing new tires and didn't overcharge me. Would recommend for larger tire installation.
