One of the more unprofessional places I have ever seen. After meeting the Post Master, I can see why it is ran so poorly.I went to the post office because didn’t receive my mail for 5 days. Thinking it was fraud, I spoke to Post Master and my mail Carrier who also happened to be there. I was told that since there were cones at the bottom of my driveway, the mail carrier could not reach the mailbox which is by the roadway. When I asked them why I was not notified of this since I had bills/other mail I needed, they deflected and blamed it on the height of my mailbox. The attitude and response of both was not only pure ignorance, but an extreme show of how unprofessional the Post Office has becomeThere were cones in the exact same spot for a month earlier in the summer and the mail carrier delivered the mail. The cones were also in place for the past 10-12 days and the mail was delivered until 5 days ago. The mailbox has been in the exact same place for 2.5 years and nothing was ever said about it being too low.All of this said, it is unfortunate that this is the best the Post Office can hire. Instead of a normal response which would be notifying the customer you had their mail/leave a note in the mail box, you keep the mail and then justify your poor response with an unrelated reason.Both snickered when I said I was filing a complaint which again demonstrated the lack of professionalism the Post Office employs. Who knows if the Post Office will do anything but I will absolutely be filing a formal complaint for the in appropriate behavior/delay of mail.

Chose the Newbury US Post Office bc of the comments about friendly service. Had 13 boxes to send hither and yon so knew would need that kindness and patience. Shortly after arriving 2 other customers arrived. Jamie and Teresita coordinated effortlessly to take care of everyone with speed and a smile. This will definitely be our go to USPS from now on! Thank you Ladies!

This location does not deserve 1 star, but you're forced to give one. I can't explain how downward customer service has been throughout the years. Today (12/17) at about 10:36am, I walked in with a simple envelope to inquire about when my mail would arrive. I said good morning to the only black lady working and she did not respond. I'm sure she heard my deep loud voice over the mask. I then asked about mail times and she literally tilted her head and pointed to the COVID poster for me to read it and never said a word. I don't care how many times you get that question and how awful your life is, no one's living in utopia during this time anyways. After I left I said, I thought about coming back in and asking for her name, but she was not worthy of any more of my time. The more I visit Cleveland the more I understand why people say customer service is always lacking in the city. If you hate your city or job so much, make room for people who are more deserving and appreciative of job security. Today's front desk lady was EXACTLY what drives a city down under. The DMV had better social etiquette. You should be a ashamed of yourself.

It was my first time there.. i walk in the door and the black lady says fyi there is no parking in the back with a attitude witch there is no signs that say u cant park there... So i said fyi this is my first time here and she gave me a look.. she was working on 11/29/18 and i was there at 4.15. She closed the place she was very rude..

Mail goes around and around instead of driving my mail over to Newbury where I live it goes from Novelty, to Cleveland to Burton then gets miss sent to Novelty over and over

Really nice service, line moved quickly. Plaza leaves a lot to be desired, but this is the closest location to my house so will likely return. Friendly agents.
