We had our first and last visit with Silvercreek! We were greeted by a nasty older woman named, Diana. She was short tempered and just rude! The care we received was good and thorough, however, I'm not subjecting myself or my animals to someone like her. We went somewhere where my animals are now treated as family! Thus, my 3 stars.

Customer service from front staff is less than adequate.Edit so that I can reply to the business response. I am not a client. I was thinking about taking my dog there but after speaking with the receptionist I will not. I can see from the unprofessional response to my post and others this is a common issue among the staff.

Worst vet ever. Let me start by saying that my family used Dr. Novak for years. Fast forward to when these two vets took over. I had a high energy dog and they were terrified of her. She was upset after coming out of anesthesia and offered her no comfort and did not call us to report her distress. When my husband showed up, they refused to help him retrieve her because they did not know how to handle her. We also told them that she get nervous when you try to touch her head. First thing they did? Try to touch her head. One of my other dogs developed bladder cancer. They offered no comfort care or any suggestions for treatment. They just said to euthanized her. When we decided to euthanize her, they offered no comfort. They left the room after injecting her. and she had a seizure. when I mention it, they said I should have called for them, but I didn't want to leave my dying dog. Fast forward 4 years after switching vets, her brother has the same diagnosis and same staging, and he is thriving on medication. Also, after being a customer for years, when my dog was dehydrated, they refused to treat him. Don't eve trust them with your pet's health. They are incompetent.

Horrible place absolutely disgusting the way they practice ethics, morals, and values. These people are very disrespectful and I am getting an attorney to investigate some practices that went on at this facility. If it were me, I would not bring my dog to this facility because they mention words, like attorneys, and they lie and do things behind, peoples back and help take their money and their animals and then say things like go get any attorney. They helped take my dog for me and gave it to somebody else and said there was some paperwork related to it but wouldn't discuss the paperwork with me or anything. I was there the day I picked up the dog I paid for the dog in cash and have the receipt and they are making claims that, other paperwork was filled out claiming the dog was not mine. They did not provide me any of the paperwork and just said I needed to reach out to an attorney which I did. Honestly ownership of the dog was a civil manner that was being handled throughout the court system and attorneys were already involved. This clinic took it upon themselves to interject to an ongoing civil matter in favor of the abuser, and not the victim. Just a note I was also there when the dog receives all of her vaccines and paid for those as well. It was a clear understanding that there was a mutual ownership by both of us as the guardians we displayed this verbally, and by showing up together for these visits, and having me directly make the payments in cash. This is an account where Google circles changed my name from my real name so if the facility tries to look up me as somebody that's been in the establishment, they will not find it because I am using my Google circles name to post his review and not the name I was born with until Google changes, Google circles or their privacy policies. There is nothing I can do google just asked you authenticate and verify I am who I say I am and the reveal have a picture of the dog included in the review.

Unethical immoral, and the worst veterinary clinic I have ever been to in my life they went behind my back to steal my dog from me. And are making me get attorneys to try to get it back. The fact of the matter is I came into the clinic one of their vet techs was selling a dog. I purchased a dog from them directly with my own money and received a receipt later my ex girlfriend came into the facility and the vet tech must've given her some information that indicated the dog was hers, Max girlfriend, then use that information to provide to a judge or magistrate to then have the dog taken from me. Even though I am the one that paid for the dog and it is my property and I am the one that showed up to the veterinary clinic and paid for the dog to get its vaccines. This facility decided to side with the person that made no purchase whatsoever for the animal which is classified as property. I have the receipt I paid the money I picked out the dog. They helped take her from me. Also, it is please pretty clear that if you look at the Google reviews, they are leveraging a weird system that Google has yet to fix to delete the negative reviews.. that's why I'm posting here on yelp yelp does not take down negative reviews as easily as Google. I'm sure the local business commerce will not put up with something like this neither with the BBB or the FTC. I purchased the dog in cash at your clinic hands-down that makes me the owner and the fact that you were not cooperating with me at all about the vet records, or any other information is wrong. "the person that bought the dog is the one that keeps the dog" you let the person who messaged you on Facebook keep the dog and the person who set the appointments up for me like my assistant. I was the one there in person. I was the one who made the purchases from my hand directly to your hand cash exchange with receipt and dog in MY hand. Basically, they stole my dog y'all. I have tried to contact them and be civil about it, but they have been very ruthless and the savage in the way they communicate with me. I would not cross this veterinarian. If I were you they may be nice if they are on your good side, but apparently, if they do not agree with you, they will fight tooth and nail and worse. I am actively seeing the owners take down bad reviews from googles reviews system. Instead trust yelp or go to the BBB go to the FTC go to your local business converse. There is where you will find all of the complaints. I attached pictures of my dog with my mom living with me before the vet took her for me. I've also attached these vaccination records that I've went to the vet for and now they are refusing any documentation for communication and I have to hire an attorney.

If you’d like for your pet to be rushed in and out and treated like a number, Silvercreek is for you. I’ve been taking our pet there for years and finally had enough. During the last visit they forced her out of her carrier instead of letting her ease her way out (which prompted her to sit by my side the whole visit), brought in needles and an IV bag for her without explaining what anything was (I had to ask specifically about each item), ran blood tests and when they came back didn’t even explain what her ‘abnormalities’ were - just that they needed a urine sample (more $$$).We spoke to the vet at the visit and then after we spoke to the staff about the urine sample and never once did they say it had to be refrigerated until we went to drop it off… it was unusable. So we put our older pet through a night of stress for nothing. We immediately switched vets and within the 1st visit with our new vet our pet was properly evaluated and got an ultrasound (something Silvercreek never once offered) and we found out she has a tumor. Please don’t let the nice building and clean lobby fool you. This clinic is awful and we will never recommend to anyone.

We were visiting family in Ky from Mi Christmas Eve when our puppy developed bloody diarrhea and vomiting. We drove 1.5 hrs past several other vets who would not see us because we were not their regular patients. Bless Dr. Hammons and her staff for taking such good care of my 1yr old Pete. Don’t know what we would have done without them.
