“Wonderful experience with Chagrin Valley Mini Storage! We rented a unit for ~ 2 years and Greg was accommodating, friendly, and easy to get ahold of/very quick to respond the entire time! I compared pricing with several different self-storage places in the area and Greg was always extremely fair with what he charged. The facility is gated and you can only access it with a personalized gate code, there are cameras on the property & good lighting, which I liked for safety and convenience, especially if you're accessing it in the evenings or at night.”
