“I have been taking my car here since I got it. My dad brings our cars to Bill’s all the time so it was a no brainer to continue using their services for my car. Last summer I hit a deer, insurance tried to call it totaled, but Bill was able to fix it up and a year later it’s still running amazing. I’ve had not a single issue since. “They will fix your car but, it will be more expensive than a local mechanic. If you get service done here make sure you keep up with your parts and vehicles warranties, if you know you know. The staff seems friendly and are interested in helping you get your vehicle fixed. They seem friendly to people of color and will always suggest opinions to buy a new car with them. If you're not knowledgeable about what is wrong with your vehicle don't go by yourself and have a general understanding what is wrong with your vehicle or you will get taken advantage of. Lastly, ask lots of questions about what is wrong when they come back to explain your repairs. If you're looking for a place to get scheduled maintenance done like oil change, schedule inspection and tire rotation this is the place for you. If you're looking to get major work done, I would suggest shopping a round first with a trusted mechanic.”
