“Mike did an excellent job fixing a pretty bad scratch on my door. Another body shop said the entire door and surrounding doors had to be painted and was going to cost a fortune but Mike said he could make it look like the scratch was never there without having to repaint half the car. It looks amazing and was done in just a couple of days and at a fair price. There aren't a ton of reviews of KEI on Google but if you check out any of the Chagrin Falls FB groups, there are hundreds of people recommending his work. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Thank you again!”

“If you need ANY kind of auto body work done, drive immediately to Jon's Garage in Solon. Jon and his family are friends, so I knew he'd do a good job, but I wasn't prepared for what an EXCELLENT job he did on my car repair. He not only obliterated a twelve-inch gash in my rear quarter panel, he matched paint perfectly, and the repair is completely invisible. AND, he totally detailed the car (which I didn't request) - my car looks just like it did when I drove it away from the dealer! Quick service and a very reasonable price - highly recommended!!”

The staff at the front are an amazing group and Pete was also and well and always keeping me up to date. The customer service was better than mulitple types of businesses I've been to recently!! Just that alone was number 1. I like how you can follow along with the repair process as well and it was very cool how they texted you from carwise once the started repairs. I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right. Definitely would recommend this shop, Bob the owner likes to make sure things get done right and the customers are happy. I”
