** update on review. because i left the same one in a survery. Someone reached out from corporate and said they would call back the next day. I waited all day NO ONE CALLED BACK! and never left any contact info.
Horrible experience but some of these pharmacy techs shouldn't even be allowed back there working This one tech ghetto acting, dark skin, lil chunky, braids/wig whatever looks like a mop head with the absolute worse attitude and rude. To begin with if you dont like your job then find another one… I told her my husband will be paying for my RX she ignores me and uses my express pay without asking. Then snickered when i told her she just messed up my acct because i didn't have funds in that acct.
There was no sorry nothing. I told her to void it out and redo it. She like oh you get digital receipt we cant do it. Still snickering holding my stuff so i snatched it from her because at this point she about to bring me out of character. I was heading to the front to get a shift lead to void it. She burst out laughing and I stopped I said i dont find that f’n funny. Im screaming get me your manager I want your name. She refused to do any of that. It got so bad that someone called the lead. she comes to the pharmacy and the girl telling everything i said and not what she did.
She said i assaulted her and im like you a god dam lie. i never touched you and these cameras can prove it. Her focus was on i snatched my stuff from her. Even though the lead helping me the girl still popping off. The entire time the Pharmacist is on the phone working and the girl was so inconsiderate im sure the person on the other end of the pharmacist call heard the commotion.
All the girl could of said was im so sorry let me get my lead to fix this. Nothing would be done even if I called into the store to speak to the mgr. They all stick together and her co workers already told the girl they got her back
Now ive worked for Walgreens in the Pharmacy in the past. I know pharmacist, Leads, Mgrs can void out a transaction. Which she was refusing to get. And you always ask about using express pay on file first.
I shouldnt have to yell and cause a scene for you to get a dam lead to fix my problem that you created. Then hear you running your mouth the entire time.

Horrible! The older lady BARB at the register needs more training! Time for her to retire! No customer service skills whatsoever! She definitely hates that she’s still working at this point in her life! Why would they have her on the register? Poor management at this location! Spoke to the manager about my experience with her and he was just as bad as she was so now I see what the problem is! Looking at the other reviews of this store, corporate should be making changes.

Takes forever to get prescriptions filled. Staff is rude 8/10 times.

The wonderful lady at the register every morning is delightful. I go in a few times a week around 7:30 am and she always brightens my morning! Don’t know her name but her ID number on my receipt is 215.

The older lady at the register has a really nasty attitude. It seems as if she don’t like her job. I really hope she gets better as a person I noticed she likes to argue. I would not recommend this location. customer service is terrible.

I just switched pharmacies because this one is closer to my home but I will be switching back asap. I take medicine for my heart that is very important for me to have the correct dosage of. I have been feeling sick recently and tonight I noticed a few of my pills were smaller than the other. Turns out they mixed 25mg with my 50mg without telling me and I haven’t been getting my correct dosage. This is not okay whatsoever and I will be contacting corporate tomorrow morning.

It is next to impossible to reach anyone in the pharmacy via the phone. I’ve called two different days and times, no luck.
I submitted an online refill request three days ago, the status is still showing as “order received.”
After staying on hold for a rather long time, the individual that answered the phone, stated that she didn’t see an order at all!
Thank goodness I am not out of the medicine quite yet.
I will also add that this is not the first time that I have had this experience with this pharmacy.
I only utilize this location because it around the corner from my job which makes it convenient and “tolerable”

Trash! The staff does not maintain accurate records of insurance or drug information, and fills medications that you do not intend to fill. They do not check for what is in stock or not, and they do not follow up with your doctor regarding what is prescribed for you if two or medications have negative interactions. Ridiculous!

Long wait times at any register regardless of what you went in for. Pharmacy staff looks haggard and beat. The corporate office is really screwing up this location. Pay the staff more and you will have no issues with staffing. Feel sorry for the employees that work at the corner of Misery & Mayhem

Guess they aren't 24 hours anymore. Went in at 11pm and the employees had the locked the doors and turning people away. Saw 2 of them sitting there talking so definitely enough to run registers at a Walgreens at night.

Can’t stay staffed. Pharmacy has long wait times. Store is supposed to be 24 hours but is always closed at night.

Says 24hrs but hasn’t been open past 11pm for a couple of weeks now whoever is working 3rd shift needs to do a better job there is always someone sitting in their car but never working, smh, Atleast put a note on the door with new hours instead of having people waste their gas and time.
