They tricked me. My bill was 120 a month and I ask how much to "add" a phone and another line they said $16 a month more than I pay now. I said so $136 they said yes. What they meant was $136 MORE a month. Very deceptive sales!

Wow, I made the review below way too soon. Later that day, I found out that I had been lied to and I lost the Apple music that I had with my old account because they forcibly switched me to a new kind of a plan. Then, I just found out they signed me up for a protection plan that I didn't want and I have to try to cancel that now. Definitely changing the review, and probably going to cancel my service with Verizon all together. This is absolutely unacceptable. Stay away from this store!Great service. Nick took care of me and was excellent. ?

This location makes up their own hours. I was there at 10:12 am and the website said it was open, when it wasn’t. Doors locked nobody inside. Go there to check don’t believe online hours.

Kenzie was just out amazing,She was very helpful and respectful. She made it a must that she got us everything and more that we needed and was multi tasking in the store by herself great customer service she is a lovely person and in my opinion she needs a raise

Kenzie was amazing with us. She helped get all of our phones transferred and turned on and set up. She was by herself and was multitasking with a number of clients at once and got all of us together and she was professional and helpful and courteous to us all.
