Literally the worst pharmacy there could possibly be. they call to say that meds are ready when they are not, they make you wait an hour to fill them when you said you could come back later and then scream in your face when you point out their mistakes. use a different pharmacy.

Have been here twice this winter with great experiences both times. Sam was fantastic at our most recent appointment and went above and beyond to help our family.

I was at Urgent Care on Thanksgiving evening. I was Covid+ with horrible head and chest congestion and had been coughing blood. I was seen by Ms. Henderson and she strongly suggested I visit the ER. I was skeptical, this was very much like a sinus infection (except the blood) but I went. She even insisted I call her when I arrived. As it turned out, on a contrast CT they found I did have a blood clot in my lung. The doctor said it was Covid originated, which was very common. I had never heard of that side effect. I am being treated now.I cannot begin to thank Ms. Henderson. She most likely saved my life. Thank you!

I had to transfer my medication here due to staffing at my normal Walgreens. Despite being short staffed, the pharmacy staff at this location was incredibly nice and quick to help me. This is a difficult time for everyone and I wanted to recognize their kindness.

Never been treated more like a thief than at this store. Took a $35.00 Walgreens item back with a receipt and told the manager "Joe" that I had drove an hour to return the item for my 90 year old mother who lives in Norwood and he flat out said "drive an hour back home" if I didn't want his store card because it was 33 days since purchase, but According to their own company 100% guarantee they should give a full cash back or how ever it was paid for. Up until today I always liked that store especially their pharmacy but now I figure my business will be going to CVS

I was driving home from work on a Thursday evening in August. My dad called me earlier in the day to ask if I could pick him up more of #walgreens brand #painrelief patches for him. This store is on my way home so I took the exit for it. The store faces on Montgomery Road. To enter the parking lot though you have to turn onto the side street. It is a big parking lot that runs down the side of the store to behind the store where the pickup pharmacy window is located. When I entered the store there were three women employees looking quite busy. They had on face masks as did I. One was at the checkout counter with a customer where there is plexiglass between them and the other 2 were restocking the shelves. I was greeted as I walked by them on the way to the #painrelief aisle. I was only able to find two large 8 packs of the patches on the shelf. This is the way it usually is at any #walgreens I shop at. The 4 packs and the 8 packs are either low or out of stock. They've been on sale a lot lately at buy one get one half off but this doesn't seem to effect how many I find on the shelf. It is always low. I headed up front to the checkout counter. There was only one other customer in line at the counter. The floor is marked to keep us at a 6 foot distance. I always make sure to enter my Dad's phone number to earn more #walgreens rewards points. 5000 points get $5 off the bill. My purchase was done in less than 2 minutes. Then I was on my way home and could get the patches to my dad the day. Until next time stay healthy and be kind to each other. @yelpcincy #walgreens #painrelief #norwood

Employees were all quite helpful- especially the pharmacist. My only complaint was the outside of this store and parking lot had tons of litter.
