“The best place to buy an ergonomic desk chair. They have a great selection, and someone actually custom fit me for a chair. WOW! I have a lower lumbar issue, and after I purchased the chair my back feels great. They explained all of the features, and showed me how to use them. I sat in several chairs. They made a recommendation. The chairs come with a lifetime warranty, and they fix them at this location. Also, they had them in stock, and they even help me load the chair in my car. “I purchased a printer cartridge on November 22, from Walt, at this store. Their prices are good but what made it really good was Walt gave me a few pointers on how I need to change/block my printer notifications from HP. That information proved to be valuable. I would recommend this place because not most retail stores have a clue on how to fix software issues on printers for free, prices are cheaper than the big box stores, and they certainly have the expertise.”

“In a desperate attempt to save my daughter's science fair project, we ordered an item from Geyer. We were on a time crunch and I was hoping the item arrived within the 1-5 days shipping window. When there was no update on the progress of this item 2 days after order, I contacted Geyer via email. I had an email back within minutes! They informed me that the item I ordered was being shipped directly from the manufacturer and offered to reach out to them for me. Within a few hours, they got back to me as promised, letting me know the item had shipped and would be to my door within just three business days after order. A back and forth via email sometimes takes days with other companies and customer service doesn’t happen like this very often. When it does, it’s much appreciated. Brett at Geyer was very polite and accommodating!”

“I am an author and my publisher sent me a dozen advance copies of my latest novel, which I wanted to hand out for Christmas the following week. Unfortunately, the book-jackets were not ready yet. So I took a jpeg of the jacket to the pros at Phipps. The unusual dimensions of the jacket were an issue, and forced their production specialist to try several different solutions. But even though this was a very small order (it only cost $9), they took the time and trouble to get it right. "Large or small, complete customer satisfaction is our goal."Thank you Phipps for saving Christmas for me!”
