“I have a great experience with Cory at Tri County Verizon store. After being sent to a YOU break it WE fix it by another guy at Verizon who said he didn't fix. Then I had to apply for insurance and part mailed to my home. Went back to fix it place who sent me back to Verizon where I was lucky to run into Cory who said sure I can repair. He found they had sent me 6 yr old phone. I had paid for my 4yr. Old he called insurance to say what they did. By way during my broken phone time, Verizon had sent me notice all phones on my bill were due a special $1000, phone as I am very long time member. Thanks Cory spent very long fixing me up and getting phone deal and getting my new phone. This guy needs to train your store people. Kind, smart, PATIENT with some guy from out of town that broke his phone and didn't have much of an idea what to do.
Can't say enough appreciation for the long time Chloe spent with me as she went through options, looked through inventories, pulled some stuff off the shelf then put others back on the shelf...
I genuinely hope that management at her store understands the jewel of a team mate they have in Chloe.

“If you go to this AT&T location, you should ask to work with Chole! She is the epitome of customer service! The company is very lucky to have her working for them and she is exactly what AT&T should strive to every team member learn from. She's a great representative for them, but not pushy. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and the entire experience felt honest and satisfying. I was truly dreading going to the store and going through the hassle of an entire day of upsales, run arounds, reading between the lines, and listening to salespeople being sales people. I was pleasantly surprised by her demeanor and ability to listen. It seemed as of she truly wanted to please me as a customer as opposed to making sales for a company. She singlehandedly brought back my faith in a company that has been on the verge of loosing me as a customer. We live in an ever changing world, and it seems companies no longer care about loyalty, length of patronage or owning mistakes and making it right. It is the way of things now and it changes how we as customers decide to do business as well. Chole reminded me of the nostalgia of "the customer is always right" and it was refreshing. Additionally she gave me the impression that she was more interested in keeping a loyal customer over time than getting a big sale at the moment. Because of this very pleasant experience provided by one employee I will continue to do business with AT&T knowing I can go to a brick and mortar and deal with someone face to face that listens and truly attempts to assist with the issues I needed addressed. “The sales representative was amazed and very helpful and solved my problems that could not be solved by calling Cricket Billing department and customer service not sure if customer service was involved because I was being put on hold and I was talking with different people for just asking 1 questions about why my phone was turn off but was paid 2 days earlier with a text message say thank you for your payment and your next payment will be due on 11/30/23 as normally is and I had text after that saying I had a $20.00 credit due to me after I pay a $10.00 1 time charge made no sense what so ever and also the last person I spoke to on the phone trying to figure out way my phone was turn off and the person sent me a app to use to pay the 10$+ to open the app they sent me but I couldn't open the app because my phone was turn off that when I went to the cricket store in store whitch was taken care in less than 5min whitch I spent over 1 hr on phone with cricket billing and that all I have to say about my last experience calling Cricket to ask and to solved a problem or explain something I thought would be easy but I was wrong ?”
