Jerry is extremely rude and refuses to tow a car that is parked illegally at my apartment building, even though there are signs. He said to me word for word, “young lady, what part of I’m not coming don’t you understand”

Rude, and very unprofessional; he even told me he was at a Bengals party and that after the game he will decide if he wants to work today or IF he wants to do it for me tomorrow. I told him where the car is and where it’s supposed to go and he said that I had no idea what I was asking for, that I needed the miles(that’s why I told him both addresses) and to wait for him to decide if he wants to work. Idk if he is being racist because of my accent or if he is always like this but would never recommend!

This is the tow company you need to call, don’t bother with the others! Very Professional, very friendly and easy to work with! Tow truck came in a very timely manner and the price was better than everyone else!
