Do not go to the family dollar because they scammed the heck out of me because I had paid for an item and then I never received it and when I came back to the store. With the receipt they act like they could not give me another bottle I am calling culprit to get them shut down. But half the staff is creepy and weird and the other half they ok but that is all bad experience and i been going there for years and now this.

The store is very often low on many products and supplies. It is often in disarray and not easy to find help locating anything that I need. I purchased 2 air mattresses from this location. They both were defective (leaked out the air) and I was unable to return or exchange them because of the "no return policy" on this item. Together they were approximately $50 (not including the 2 packs of D size batteries I had to purchase with both to operate the small air pumps inside the packages). I was forced to sleep on my floor for weeks because not only could I not return or exchange them to Family Dollar, but the company Kentex Corp. that supplies this product to Family Dollar would absolutely refuses to issue me a refund. I have a receipt plus the original packaging for the products, yet they were very adamant in voicing that they would not issue a refund. In order for me to receive only (1) new air mattress, I would have to go to a local library, print out a "claim form", catch a bus (along with the air bed in the original box), go to a post office, pay to ship the air bed, and wait for a response. I am outraged and after attempting to contact this company by leaving several voice mail messages, they never even responded to one of them. It's very unfortunate, in this day and age to be treated this way, especially by a family owned (mom and pop) company. Shopping at Family Dollar has never been an issue in all of the 15 years that I've done so However, it's even more upsetting that both company's lie on their websites stating that the customers' satisfaction is key in their businesses. In both of these cases, the customer is never right.

Was overcharged. Went back to store the next day.was told had to talk to manager and but he was the only one that could help.but he is there intmorning.He had my number he shold have call me.He had all the information. .

It's just like any other Family Dollar location throughout the country. This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.
