This is specifically about the pharmacy. It is extremely inefficient and unprofessional. I placed an order on Friday and was told that it would be available by 5:30 on Monday. Now, only after I checked on early Monday afternoon did I find out that they don't have the medication in stock, and that it would not be available for at least _two business days_! It is a controlled substance and I cannot skip a dose. The least they could do is to notify me and suggest alternatives. Their APP and homepage have bugs, and I finally got to speak to someone after staying on the phone for 10 minutes. The person who picked up the phone was very unprofessional.

This pharmacy confuses me. Alot of time my scripts are late. This last one 2 weeks late. Their app tells u one thing and pharmacy tells another.

Me and my family were treated disrespectfully was told my son was wild so I left with my son. The woman working in the store kept taunting my Wife with a customer and was called a n**ger.

This store Pharmacy is junk, there treating me like a drunk addict when all I’m having a issue with is that I’m allergic to dyes for a stomach issue and the pharmacist with there lack of any care tells me I can’t get the exact same prescription without dyes as if they don’t have it. My wife workd for CVS and has seen the laziness of the work performed in there pharmacies

The pharmacy manager is the rudest person I have ever come across working in a customer service setting. I would highly recommend using any other pharmacy in the greater trust state area. I’m going to drive 15 mins out of my way from now on to Walgreens, they at least smoke when they’re “short staffed” **while 4 people are behind the counter.

This pharmacy never answers the phone. I've stayed on hold literally for hours, and no one ever picks up. Some prescription refills require contacting the pharmacy. Hire more help!

From the photo you can see on hold over an hour for a very important question about a medication I needed filled before my surgery in the morning they flat out do not answer the phone at this location they won't even pick it up to put ya on hold they just won't help you. I drove to the store still on hold, holding my phone I walked up and heard their phone ringing and there was one customer checking out I was next I explained how I've been on hold and how important it was that I needed to know why my meds wasn't filled he looks at me and gives me a terrible attitude and says there is only two of us, so it's him and the pharmacist. I just can't believe this, they just flat out won't answer the phone if it was busy I would understand but there was no one behind me and could still hear the phone ringing with it saying pharmacy call every minute, it's not fair and now my surgery Is delayed for weeks because they didn't fill a medication or even call and say they couldn't fill it.. I have cancer and this is so overwhelming I am so disappointed in CVS I even have the care plus card to get delivery there is no excuse for me not getting this medicine or even a call explaining my insurance didn't cover it instead they do what they always do ignore the customer

ANSWER THE PHONE. Called at 9am almost 10am. That's an HOUR. Been trying to get ahold of them for 3 days. Bull. I walked up to CVS and no one was on the phone. I can't believe it. Another walk up. Guess I will talk to the manager

Do NOT get your COVID or flu vaccines here. I scheduled both a COVID vaccine and flu vaccine for the same day and the pharmacist accidentally gave me two doses of the COVID vaccine. No apology or anything, essentially shrugging it off and just saying I would be extra sleepy the next day. I also wasn't able to get my flu shot because of this, and when I scheduled one through a different pharmacy, they told me they cancelled my appointment because this CVS lied and said I still got my flu shot.
