I am a former employee bat this location be very very careful when purchasing these people sell fake AirPods and not just one fake generation multiple fake generations the big stand up touch screen speakers are more than likely fake too seeming a low ball dealer come in and sells em to the store half the time they break in a week and it’s 550 dollar’s ridiculous then the fake otterboxs are hilarious the colors don’t even match the actual colors and they sell them more than Walmart this place is a laughing stalk by a money hungry no good man then cases and screens are essentially double maybe even triple what u find anywhere else they tried to make a cricket store a Verizon store with off brand and fake products at the same price has the high end save your dollars I heard metro pcs has a good deal

The staff here was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. Shawn (Sean?) graciously helped me switch from my previous phone plan to my boyfriend's plan with Cricket, even staying after close with us to get things straightened out with my previous phone plan provider. He could not have been more helpful. Thank you guys!
