I've been a Chase customer for decades, with my main branch in Oregon - so when I was receiving a call from this branch, it caught me off guard. It turns out that it was one of their staff trying to sell me on additional services like a new credit card. I've never had my personal information used my local branches (especially one I've never been to) in order to spam call. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Jason, helped me sort out an account issue that involved some digging. I bank a few hundred miles away and he was helpful and easy going. A better experience with Chase than I often have.

Would give zero stars if I could. Inside and outside ATMs are usually out of order. Go to the Chase branch on Paxton if you need anything. Avoid if possible.

Horrible since they moved from Reading Rd. Nowhere to park, the tellers are slower, the location is horrible and surrounded by college kids, and most frustratingly of all, they took the outside ATM away. This location has single handedly made me switch to a credit union lol

Terrible experience here! This the most unprofessional bank experience I’ve ever had. The employees are immature and rude. The bank manager Brian was extremely unpleasant to work with. He discriminated against me and while I was watching him ran to share my personal information with other employees. Just go to another location.

They do NOT accept cash printed from the United States Treasury, which states on every bill "...Legal Tender for all Debits, Public and Private" I needed to make a deposit and they would not accept the cash I withdrew from my bank five minutes before going into this location. Among other things, they would accept a personal check. How is a personal check more secure than cash in hand!? That was one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. Can someone from Chase answer that question without using the word, policy?
