Edit: after consulting with friends, I was made aware that I was over charged for parts. I was charged $300 for replacing 1 ignition coil. I found that a 4 pack online was $82. He did not replace all 4. I just want anyone to be aware that if you are not very car savy, they might take advantage of your lack of knowledge.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! Drove down to Cincinnati today from Muncie, Indiana, to make a Facebook Marketplace purchase for my brother's birthday. After stopping at a store to make a return, I tried to restart my car and heard a loud pop and saw smoke or steam escape out from under my hood. NOT a good feeling being a female, alone, 2 hours from home. After researching online the possible problem & checking my oil & coolant reserve, I called Sumner's (after calling one other place & getting voicemail) to see if it was safe to drive back home, & Ryan answered right away, & after finding out I was far from home, said to bring it in and he would work it in. I was there 2 to 3hrs because they had to wait a long time for my engine to cool, so I was able to observe many customer interactions and services performed. All of them were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After much testing of my coolant system, they could not find a problem and were not going to take any money from me. In a world where dealerships and chain stores will make up a repair, not actually do it, and still charge unsuspecting victims exhorbant prices(have seen this done)...this place is a true Diamond in the Rough!!! I wish I could've left more money, but I can and will leave my Highest Recommendation! Because they didn't have to bother with me, they had many customers, they didn't have to work me in, they didn't have to say, "No charge", they could've been making more money...BUT they did! They had compassion and they cared. They took a load off of me & I had no problems driving home...and the peace of mind that gave
me....PRICELESS!!! So in return I am not only giving them a Well Deserved Shout Out, but also asking God to bless & protect Ryan, his lovely family, his employees and his life & business in every way!!!

Given our situation, I was expecting to pay through the nose, but their prices were fair, and actually beat most of the other places we checked.

“Hey my name is Henry Reese, I would to write a review, (something I don't do much) :) on the service I received while purchasing a 2016 Cadillac CTS, keep in mind that I live in Louisville Ky. I was doing what a lot of people do now, I was searching online a found one I liked at Cincinnati Cadillac, I reached out and was put in touch with a (Mr.) Brandon Ozier who guided me from first phone call, to Driving off the lot, including pre approval, to approval!! a total Professional the whole way, never pushy very Knowledgeable, returned all calls promptly......once an approval was made I headed to Cincinnati Cadillac Wow!! I was surprised to learn that this young (to me) I'm 68yrs old. This Young Black Professional was Confident and Knowledgeable, made me feel right at home, although I was from out of town.....allowed me to test drive, introduced me to the staff, everybody was smiling, (kind of busy) lol, but not to busy to smile wave and speak I have owned a few Cadillacs in my life. “I responded online to a posting of a recent trade-in offered by BMW Cincinnati North that was so new, photos weren't yet available. Matt Tucker responded the next morning with a walk around video and a rather informative description of the car's condition. It turns out, he sold this car to the previous owner 2 years ago, so he had some familiarity with it already.
My wife and I drove 3+ hours the next morning with an expected arrival by 10 AM. Matt held the car for us, despite other interest that developed after we spoke that afternoon prior.
After the purchase was completed, the car remained at the dealership to be serviced, and have a minor door ding, and the curb rash on the rims repaired. They did an amazing job!
We are so thankful for that courtesy that was extended to us. The car was described as "ultra-rare" and "ultra-clean", and both were accurate assessments of the 2019 Volvo S60 T-6 R-Design. The car drives and handles great.

“Chips Auto Glass got me back on the road quickly and correctly after my windshield was cracked. I have not had good luck with getting windshields replaced in the past, which made me very nervous going into this. Right off the bat, they helped me through all of the insurance. They alleviated all my worries and concerns about fitment and getting the right windshield. The replacement itself was absolutely great and they answered all of my questions (however basic they were). The windshield looks great and I can safely say this was by far the easiest and best experience I've had getting a windshield replaced.”
