We come to Norwalk from Tulsa, Ok to drag race, and always come to Walmart for everything we need. Bonus for us is the HUGE parking lot with plenty of room for our 40' long race car trailer

The Norwalk Walmart has improved so much!!! I've always liked shopping there, but there has often been a long wait for a charged electric mart-cart, and sometimes employees seemed a bit rushed. I hadn't been there for several months, and was pleasantly surprised 2 weeks ago when I had the chance to go again. First, there were SEVERAL more mart-carts, and most of them were charged and ready to use. The employees were great, and quickly assisted if I asked them. Thank you, Norwalk Walmart, for the new upgrades. It does make a difference!
I made sure to tell a couple CSMs how pleased I was.

Shopped July 4 th of course had to do self checkout. Scanned three items no problem supervisor came over scanned her tag, don't know why scanned next item machine locked up she came over scanned her tag walked away, we repeated this process for the last three items. Went pushing my cart out the grocery side about 10:30 am greeter stopped me. She said I need your receipt,I responded it's in the bag. She responded I ain't touching your bag , I politely responded if you want it it's in the only bag in the cart . She again responded harshly I am not allowed to touch your bag so I am thinking to myself she wants the receipt she's not allowed to touch the bag how in the world will she know what's in the bag? So I pull the receipt out she snatches it up and hands it back not even reading it. Moral of the story hire some kind people for your greeters.

I get a large clicklist every two weeks. If I happen to need multiple items between grocery week, I'll do another clicklist....I hate to shop! You are by far the best around at the online grocery shopping. The substitutions are always reasonable, if there's something I dont want I get a text in plenty of time to reject it, you stay under budget, and if by chance something is wrong, the return process is very easy. I have tried a few other places just because of products they offer and it's not worth the hassle.... I've waited almost an hour at meijer just to end us having to go in and ring it up because their system never works. Substitutions at other places aren't even close. You guys constantly do a great job and dont even take a tip. Thank you!

Terrific Walmart. I found everything that I need, employees were very friendly and helpful, and they let you stay in your big truck overnight as long as you are on the outskirts of the parking area and you aren't in the way of the Walmart trucks.
