If you live in apartment, good luck getting your mail but you'll get everybody else's. Lived at the same address for 2 years and the mail carrier marked me as I don't live there! There was a box for junk mail and I found a stack of important mail of mine in the box and my mail box was empty. Talked to the post master and she was extremely rude, guess what? I'm still not getting any mail... Even if I got a P.O box, would they still not deliver my mail to that?

Beautiful old building, and home to the nicest letter carriers in the US. There is a drop box for small packages in the lobby. Parking is behind the building.

We have been living at the same place for decades. Instead of sending back pkg ... Look my address up on the internet..... Still got sent back ... Bummer ? Everything there but lot number... A real bummer ?Waited almost a month to find out... Still waiting for my mail. ?Wow Really cannot believe it! Sent back. .. quickly.. ?

Tellers act very inconvenienced and don’t seem to be very willing to help. Location is convenient, the customer service just seems to leave a lot to be desired.

Not sure what others are complaining about, but I go here often for Shipping internet sold items, and everyone I've dealt with is super friendly.Sometimes there is an occasional line, but if it gets 3-4 people deep, the person at the register usually calls up another helper.I suspect some people are maybe asking for things the workers just can't do or help with..... I dont know, but in the past 12 months of going there about 3 times a week, I dont mind it at all, as they usually are on top of things, and make everything move quickly and efficiently ?♂️

Postmaster seriously rude and very disrespectful and I am out money for what they claim as a HONEST MISTAKE !! I made an order, knew that I was moving so made sure correct address was on order, change of address was put into post office but the mail carrier still delivered to my old address and the new tenants are saying they never got it and the post office will not do anything about an HONEST MISTAKE but I am out of MONEY from my pocket they are not !! Poor service and not very understanding at all !!

The majority of the workers are incompetent and lazy. Numerous overcharges for shipping. Routinely make shipping errors and late deliveries.
