Many thanks for such quick response to an issue at my home. Propane tank suddenly started tipping. Sent out a SOS to Sunrise, next morning 2 gentlemen came moved the tank in the mud and slopp to a more stable locationThank you very much

Unlike all the other propane companies around here, I can count on Sunrise to keep my tank full. Customer service is great. And the drivers do their best to not tear up my yard like the other companies. And if they do , they come right out and fix it.

Have been a customer for probably 15 years or more I’ve always paid cash for my deliveries and always on time, very disappointed because one of my payments crossed in the mail after due date( are great US mail service ) now they won’t deliver propane to my residence until I pay a $14 late fee I have probably paid over $20,000 never a problem but now they won’t deliver propane to my house until this is resolved I cannot believe it !!all this for $14 shame on you sunrise!

I do not use enough propane for them to even care about me as a customer. They stated they are coming to take the tank and they are going to pay me for the propane that is in it. They won't pay me market value for it though. They will only pay me the same price I originally paid for the propane.The only option they gave me was to purchase the 25 year old tank for $2500.

I was given a new customer price when I signed up and guaranteed it for a year. I should've requested that in writing because the second time we filled up they charged me an insane amount. So when I called to complain, they said it was just a one time deal. Now I'm stuck in a contract. Looks like I'm not the only one they've done this to. That's some sheisty sevice.

This company is definitely better priced than Amerigas but I am not too happy with the customer service. They quoted me one price, and then I get a bill for a much high amount. When I called they told me it was because I was not getting the "new customer deal" and that it was because we have other sources of heat. This would have been fine if I had been told that BEFORE I got into a two year agreement. The person I first talked to told me nothing about a different price if you have other sources of heat. The company offered not even an apology and seemed rather annoyed that I was questioning it.

Very dissapointed in Sunrise. We have been a customer for more than10 years now they want to charge a $150. low usage fee. They have always come out to fill on their schedule last year they didn't come out and now they want a low usage fee. The program options/contract says if you don't choose you will be on a no contract no minimum gallons program no mention of a low usage fee. Oh well bye bye Sunrise tank was picked up today

I'm giving them 2 stars since they have been good up until now. For the last 5 years they have been good to work with and the Propane received always seemed accurate according to the gauge on the tank. My last delivery my tank went from 20% to 70% after 300 gallons were supposedly put in. The temperature outside was the same on both readings so that's not the reason. The guy that delivered it started to write down an "8" then scratched that out and put 75. Well it should have been 80%, it wasn't the 75% that he wrote down, it was 70%. First they said it was probably the temperature, then they said it was their tank gauge could be broke. Another person gets on the phone after 20 minutes and says the gauges on the tank aren't accurate, even though I told him it's been spot on for 5 years. Then they went over the receipt and stated that there truck gauge shows 300 gallons. I questioned that gauge and he stated it's checked every year. Maybe it's time to check it again, or make sure your gauge on your tank that I lease is correct. Never once did they offerer that up. Told them I'll be switching when this empties, they could care less, as I'm just pennies to them.

We are switching to natural gas from propane because it has become available where I live. Sunrise Energy is a great company that has provided outstanding service to us for a few years. When we moved into the house, we kept the company that was already servicing it. Big mistake. We switched to Sunrise and went from the worst to the best.

FABULOUS! RESPONSIVE! RESPONSIBLE! Last night I called Sunrise's emergency number because LINDEN PROPANE had come to our home and removed all the gas lines from OUR privately owned tank to OUR house leaving us with no heat, no hot water and no cooking fuel. I could say a lot about LINDEN PROPANE but that's not why I am writing this review. This morning at 8:30 Rick and Jake from Sunrise were at my house and saved the day. If you have propane from any other provider you are cutting off your nose to spite your face. Switch to SUNRISE!!!!!!
