Our recent experience involving a repair issue with our 2017 Chevy Malibu could not have been better. The problem was fixed with new OEM parts correctly during this (one) visit, and *****, ****** (service) and ****** (sales) were all helpful in providing this outcome. I cannot say enough good things about their team approach to achieving customer satisfaction.

I was with my mom when she wanted to buy a Chrysler van she didn't necessarily want a hybrid but the salesperson talked her into it and saying oh they don't have any problems it'll save you gas blah blah blah. She specifically asked if there's any issues with the battery and she was told no. Not more than a couple weeks later she was getting glitches in her screens and the front console screen. she took it straight in after taking a whole day off of work and they said they ran an update on it, the one technician even told her if she had to bring it in again they would probably have to order in a part and it was on backorder over a month out. not even a week later she went to go get in her car and it was lighting up like crazy everywhere and then the whole thing went dead. after doing some more research we found out that this happens in the Chrysler Pacifica hybrids and it is very common and the part doesn't always take care of the issue so she was very concerned since it could shut off in the middle of the highway. They offered her right away a new van or a different vehicle all together. my mom had put $12,000 down initially on the Pacifica and they would not give that to her towards a new vehicle they told her that they couldn't in good conscience sell her Pacifica on the lot and that it would be sent to auction and they would lose money on it so that $12,000 had to go towards the depreciation of her driving it off the lot for just a few weeks. we tried to do everything we could to get my mom's money back but they just said while you can fix your van and go but how can you go on a road with something that you know has an issue and might not be fixed. she sucked it up and she bought another vehicle and after getting it home notice things about it that made her question if it was driven by somebody else for a while. ...and today her Chrysler Pacifica hybrid van is up for sale on the lot for as much money as she bought it for originally so it was all a lie and they will sell it to some other poor soul that will go through the same issues... shame on them.

Hands down the best dealership! Bought a 2016 Chevy Impala to which Nick the sales rep and the rest of the staff was great. After 2 days of owning the car I found out it needed a alignment and a new front hub which was fixed with no out of pocket expenses. Service members including the mechanics are constantly busy and yet are very professional at what they do! Keep up the great work!

The buying process was very straight forward without any last minute surprises or costs, a rarity and much appreciated. Overall vehicle was in Great Condition but noticed it was missing a piece of chrome trim on passenger mirror when I got home from the 4 hour drive, Texted the salesman the situation, he said they would look into it, will update later based on their response. UPDATE: Well, Jack is definitely a man of his word, I received the replacement parts today to completely cover the issue and then some, you can't ask for more than that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!!!! In our current crazy car market they came through after the sale on top of making the buying process a pleasure, Thanks Guys.

We had a great experience! Beth went above and beyond while working with us. They paid my trade in completely off ($2,500 more than next door offered) and was able to get me in SUV I really wanted! When we are ready to trade our other truck in we will definitely be going back to see BETH!

Mike Finch was awesome . when he replied to my email he included a walk around video of the car i was interested in. he answered all my questions. he was very polite and friendly and went above and beyond to make this a good experience and not stressful as it could have been. Monty was our salesperson and was Great.. Helped find a 2020 Tahoe Black Cherry with a bench second row.. Others said it couldn't be found. Monty found us one in less that a week.. Looking for a great salesman Monty is your man!!
