My Girlfriend did her taxes here this year and its been 4 weeks and she hasn't heard anything. When she goes to the IRS website there's nothing in the system saying they have been sent in. This is very frustrating when we have bills to pay and we won't be going back to them.

I have had medical problems this month and had to keep rescheduling my appointment. The lady who does the taxes found this out and came to get my paperwork, did my taxes and worked with me to get everything signed. I was amazed and so grateful.

Amy and Renee did a great job completing and electronically filing my tax return. I presented a challenge with QCD from my IRA and Amy tackled it and solved it promptly saving me $1,000 in taxes. And as a veteran my return was complimentary. WOW! Thanks!
