Gabe the sales guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different vehicles available. He was attentive to me and my needs in a car and found me the perfect match for what I wanted. My new Santa Fe is perfect for me and my family. I would highly recommend him and this location when looking for a new or used vehicle.

Highly recommend Ganley and salesman, Scott Meek. He took time to explain all electronics. Too much to memorize at once. Made second trip and he took all the time I needed to make sure I understood everything.

Long review to follow, but in short: everything the public dislikes about car dealerships, but with decent prices.Found a certified pre owned Ram at Ganley that fit my needs, and the price was right. I’m two hours and change away from the location, so did my negotiating with Cameron over the phone prior to getting on the road. I let them know I would be paying cash, and we agreed on an out the door price. They offered $1300 on my trade, a Honda civic I had owned for 14 years and put 110k miles on.Arrived at the dealership with my family and checked out the truck while the sales manager looked over our trade. Then the typical dealer nonsense started. The sales manager claimed there was a problem with the transmission in the civic, and that he had to reduce the offer by $500-mind you, I know this car extremely well after owning over a decade, and I just drove it over two hours to get here. Sales manager claims to be a former Honda service guy, so I suggest we take the car for a drive and have him reproduce the issue. Of course he cannot, because there is no transmission problem, so after hassling me and making my wife and kids wait around even longer, he relents and agrees to give me the trade in price as discussed. Just a totally unecessary experience to try to squeeze an extra few dollars out of me when they already had the sale, and further delays a long trip home.My salesman Cameron was pretty helpful honestly, but there were still a couple issues. I noticed on the carfax that tires were mounted and balanced at Ganley. I asked Cameron to check on that, as well as the status of a customer satisfaction recall to have the PCM reprogrammed. Cameron let me know on the phone that the truck had new tires on it, and that the recall had been addressed by the service department. Unfortunately, neither of those things were true, but I’m not sure if it was a miscommunication with the service department, so I’m withholding some judgement there. The tires had exactly 4/32 tread on them, which is the minimum required to sell the vehicle certified, and the Mopar website still does not show the recall addressed. I’ll have to take it in locally. He was proactive in getting info from me to try to get me out the door quickly, which I appreciate, and ended up mailing me a second key to the truck that they found. The finance guy was cool, no notes there.Ultimately even with the sales manager nonsense and the not new tires, I ended up purchasing the truck because it was priced right for what I wanted, though at $250 + a tire that makes it less competitive. The bottom line is that I wouldn’t go out of my way to do business with Ganley again unless the price was tremendous, because then it might be worth the aggravation. Not the worst dealer experience someone could have, but certainly didn’t leave me feeling positive.

I found the car I wanted online on a Tuesday afternoon, called and made arrangements to see/purchase it the following Saturday. Nick Hurst emailed the link for financing pre-approval, sent more photos. Because I was comfortable with the make/model, I really just wanted to make sure the photos were accurate.Test drive done, paperwork a breeze, financing smooth as silk (thanks, Cody)! Left 3 hours later with a well priced car. Both gentlemen have served in our Armed Forces. The respect they showed me as a single, older woman was very much noticed and appreciated. This dealer is an hour’s drive from home for me and I’d definitely do it again!Nick and Cody…. Thanks so much for a great experience! And thank you both for your service!
