“I have always dreaded the invite for an "insurance review," always assuming that it would be a spin to increase the cost of our insurance. I was so grateful to be wrong. Not only did Cindy suggest how to include and increase our coverage for things important to us and not currently covered, but she shared how we could adjust our policy to offset the increase in premium costs, for the most part. There was no pressure to purchase additional coverage, but rather an open willingness to serve us better. I enjoyed the meeting, found her to be honest and easy to engage with. We have thankfully never had to submit a claim, but I feel that Norcross State Farm would help us through any claim, should there ever be.”
