Premier bought out Home Savings and have made their acquisition a problem for account holders. They have changed my debit card and locked me out of my online account with no one to speak with to reset my password for four days. When called, the customer service line is fully automated and I have not been able to speak with a person to have my password reset. A very poor way to introduce yourself to new account holders, Premier Bank.I have called the auxiliary phone number provided which is also automated with no one answering. I will be banking elsewhere when I'm able to access my accounts.

Have been at this bank since I was a child. Have never found any errors on my accounts. Bill-pay is convenient and I never have to worry about having stamps/envelops to pay my bills.

Worst bank in Norwalk ohio area. Rude employees. Call for help with account told call local branch. Local branch can't help/won't. All they are good for is taking your $$$$.
