I have had my mustang mache front end fixed at this body shop and after the bodywork my front camera, precollision assist, line assist and some other front sensors never worked. they blamed ford for unsuccessful diagnostics and reprogramming and told me to wait until they get a response from ford. they never called me back and after about 6 months I went to mathews ford in Sandusky and they ordered new parts and installed and did the reprogramming for no charge! this service shop is definitely not recommended!

We are from Minnesota and were heading East on vacation when we had engine trouble. Don Tester Ford got our vehicle in almost immediately and diagnosed the problem. They needed to order parts but had our car engine repaired within 36 hours. In the meantime, they have an Enterprise car rental on site so we were able to rent a car to continue our vacation. We then picked up our own car on our way home. The service was great and done at a reasonable price and every one of their workers was helpful and understanding. They saved our vacation from disaster!

They are so nice and helpful. They explained everything to you before doing anything. They explained what is wrong and tell you how much it cost.

Very kind people. We were travelling across Ohio when we unavoidabley ran over a 2x4. A rattle was the result. We happened across Don Tester and pulled in to see if they could help us out. The service department took us in immediately, discovered a bent heat shield and repaired it within 10 minutes. What a truly nice experience. All at no charge (our Lincoln Corsair is under warranty).
