I’ve never had any problems with them, but the other day I went to the drive through. There was one car already at the window. Keep in mind it’s 93 and gas prices are high. The girl at drive through must have already waited on the person in front of me. 7 minutes went by and I saw her come out and look through the widow to see how many cars were waiting and went back in the store. After 15 minutes she finally gave the guy I’m front of me his medicine. One vehicle in line already pulled out and left. Now it’s my turn. I thought she would apologize for the wait but she didn’t. I finally said I was not happy about the wait. She just smirked at me. And didn’t say anything. Didn’t even ask’name and birthday’ I gave it to her she got the medicine gave me the clipboard, and then my medicine the whole time without talking to me just kept that smerck on her face. If they didn’t have that guys medicine ready or couldn’t find it they could have asked him to pull around and get in line again. Or she could have said sorry for the wait. 15 minutes is unexceptable for one person’s meds!

I needed multivitamins & knew that CVS was the place to go. I not only purchased a multivitamin for myself but purchased my son vitamin gummies (it was buy one get one free.) Our location is always clean & the employees are helpful.

wild Jennifer my bank teller this morning was wonderful, even though she probably wasn't trained as a bank teller she exceeded all trips to any real bank and what their tellers could ever provide! Thank you CVS 6173 - Jennifer was amazing with my Bank deposit, so funny capital one turned you all into tellers!

Excellent pharmacist. She saved me $32 on my order. CVS corporate shouldn't be overcharging for an infant supplement, but thankfully the pharmacist is looking out for us.

I called about a package being left there twice in the last couple months. As I had nobody knock for a signature. When I called to check on it, the older lady was rude and told me to basically figure it out/ it wasn't her problem. She said to find out the code for the package that was sent to us as a gift. She has no reason to be working with people. It is a complete hassle and would not recommend..

They have charged twice for scripts I didn't get in the two years I've been going there but have readily fixed the problem each time. I have always had very friendly and helpful employees.

Pharmacy closes whenever they please. Closed early yesterday no warning could not pick up medicine. Drove 2 hours to get here. Place is bad!

Cvs in Norwalk I have had nothing but problems they never fill prescriptions in a timely manner have given me wrong medicine I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone especially if you have certain medication you have to take on a daily basis I have now been without my sugar medicine and thyroid medicine for days now and they have had the order for that stuff for a week now and they were just filling themYesterday . Then they tried telling my insurance was inactive and it certainly was not. Cvs is not a good place at all I’m about ready to take my business elsewhere and pay for my medicine this place absolutely sucks and has rude people in pharmacy they lack customer service skills

An excerpt of CVS "WOKE" training:"Allyship is the act of advocating for as well as supporting communities other than your own," the instructor added. "So being an ally means that we’re aware of our own identities as well as the intersectional identities of others. We’re recognizing and actively mitigating bias, and we’re modeling inclusive leadership behaviors."So long story short, CVS supports critical race theory, or, more to the point, supports anti-white initiatives. I recommend boycotting them as a company.

So everytime I go here to fill my prescription, the same woman is working the pick up/drop off window and she has got to be the rudest, Karen I've ever met. They are short with you, judge you based on your prescription, and very unfriendly and unprofessional. I have been lied to about my prescription fill date twice now. Don't waste your time being under appreciated here. Try somewhere else.Update: 7/5/21= This place does not change. I cannot seem to find one positive thing about this pharmacy. When you have my prescription for a week, I expect it to be failed but I was wrong again. They were rude and gave my prescription to someone else, so I had to go the whole 4th of July weekend without my medication that I depend on because they were fresh out when I called. Mind you they had my prescription already fill because I received a text alert. They literally don't care about customers, they knew my Dr was out of the office and couldn't call it somewhere else. This is the last time. I recommend staying far away from this place. You can thank me later.
