The owner is a great guy---easy to deal with. The place has a 24 hour gate, very clean, you can rent 24/7 and they take credit cards.

The owner is shady and doesn't understand early payment of bill and charges extra fees where none are owed then will argue. They refuse to meet you in person. I am not the only one he has done this to. I know of others. Every since they updated their system it has been nothing but issues. I am looking for a different storage unit and moving my stuff asap.

Great online rental experience. Web site allowed for rental on my phone and provided a code to enter gate. Convenient when moving in at 9:00 pm !!

The receptionist can't keep track of payments, cut my boyfriends lock off unnecessarily. Very unprofessional.
