“I just wanna say wow what an amazing group of people. I was going through hard times and lost my job and needed my other car repaired so I can do ride share to make ends meet. I do most of the work on my cars, but there was an issue that was out of my reach. The place I was working for is a partner of the shop and it was close to my house so I took my car up there. Must I say these people were amazing not only did they tell me what was wrong with my car they checked out my whole car. There were some issues present that I couldn’t afford at the moment, so I just wanted to get the check engine light off they help me out with that no problem and we ended up running into another issue where I was almost out of money. They were so kind to allow me to bring in my own part and just charge me labor. If it wasn’t for them, I don’t know what I would’ve done. Since we were familiar with each other, and they understood my situation. They were even kind enough to waive the diagnostic fee so I could have a little bit of money in my pocket still. I would just like to say thank you to all at tire choice for helping me getting back on the road! I am forever grateful and will always recommend them to anyone. I forgot to mention how fast they were everything they checked out. I either got calls back the same day if it was earlier in the day or if it was later in the day they would call me back the next morning. “I have had a number of experiences with this Van's location specifically but the most recent on was the icing on the cake. I took my car in for service to a local authorized dealer for my vehicle. It came back with twice as many issues as I took it in with. They then refused to take a second look and right the wrong. I called Van's at 6pm and was seen at 11am the following day and given the real diagnosis for my vehicle without charge. The vehicle got a clean bill of health with some items to watch. Bet your bottom dollar Van's on Waterloo will be getting my business for those items!”

“This place is the best place to go to to get honest and fair repair for your car. Unlike dealerships that charge you to find out the problem, this place does not, which is amazing right off the start. I've been tho them a couple times during the most stressful times iv been, tho, and they went above and beyond to make the stress way better. There company also does oil changes that are way cheaper than any other place out there and there fast if you plan it out. I highly recommend this place if you're worried the dealership is trying to pull something on you and your c, r and you won't be disappoint, d I promise.”

“This place is dope. Called them to drop off some tires because I just got new ones. The lady was very nice and professional. She told me it was less than $5 to drop off sedan tires. I was like whaaa??? I said really? She said. Yep! I had something to do but I liked her so I pulled up within 5 min. They all were nice when I got there I backed in talked to the lady I spoke to on the phone. She was nice in person too. But anyway if y'all need to drop your tires off go to this place. Don't pay them shops like they tried to do me. I think $20. Cap. Smh. Lol. Oh yea, they charge a little more for truck tires. Couple dollars. Holla!”
