A heartfelt thank you to Creekside Animal Clinic. I can not express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Creekside animal clinic for the exceptional care they provided to our beloved pet Baine during such a difficult time. Our journey with Baine took an unexpected turn when we discovered, he had cancer and that it had spread throughout his body all in a single day. From the moment we walked in the door we were met with kindness, empathy, and a genuine concern for both Baine and our family. The staff at Creekside gave us the precious gift of time: time to understand, time to grieve, time to love, and most importantly, time to say our final goodbyes . The compassion and Support we received from the entire team was beyond measure. They patiently explained every detail of Baines's condition, helping us navigate through the overwhelming emotions that come with such devastating news, their expertise and willingness to answer our questions, provided us with sense of comfort and reassurance. As the day progressed, the staff at Creekside continued to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to both Baines well-being and our families, emotional well-being. Their attentiveness coupled with their genuine affection for animals truly set them apart. They allowed us time to take our Baine home to our kids to say our last goodbyes and bring him back to the clinic just a few hours later. When the time came to say our final goodbyes, they handled the process with the upmost dignity and respect, ensuring that Baines transition was as peaceful and painless as possible. They gave him his last two treats of Hershey kisses as we held him in our arms and allowed him to go to sleep. In the mitts of our grief, Creekside animal clinic provided us with a sanctuary of support and compassion, their dedication to provide outstanding care was a testament to their commitment to the well-being of every animal, and the families who love them. I cannot thank the team at Creekside enough for their exceptional care and the profound impact they have had on our family. Their kindness and compassion will forever be etched in our hearts. They are true heroes for both animals and their families and I wholeheartedly recommend Creekside animal clinic to anyone in need of compassionate, veterinary care .

After 20+ years at Creekside, their disrespectful staff and Dr. Messner have forced me to find another vet. They were unable to find an opening for an annual visit for my dog within a 6 week time frame - - unacceptable! They were curt during my calls including slamming the phone down before I could even disconnect the call and seem take every opportunity to price gouge and just be unhelpful. Not sure what has changed over the past year, but would strongly suggest additional staff training and basic courtesy be extended to all customers.

I would 100% recommend this vet office. We had some back luck with our pup and spent a long time calling around for openings. Creekside was able to take us in very quick which we were thankful for. The staff at the front desk, the techs, and Dr. Perry we're all so nice and informative, you can definitely tell they really care for their clients and pets. Dr. Perry was very straightforward and gave her honest judgement on what she felt was necessary. We never felt pressured as if they were trying to push for things to charge more or do anything extra that wasn't needed. They had amazing patient care with our nervous girl in the office and even called several times afterwards to follow up and make sure she was doing better. As far as price goes, I would not say it was any worse than other vets we have been to. Of course you're going to find fluctuations in prices depending where you go but they seem to have pretty standard pricing with where we have been to before. Dr. Perry was also honest about some tests/treatments being more expensive and gave alternatives that could also work. It was definitely cheaper than Metro which makes sense because that is an emergency hospital. Either way we did not mind the cost given the great service we got. Thank you, Creekside!

Will not be returning. Front desk staff is rude. Had a great experience with the vet and the techs but will not return to a business that allows their office staff to treat customers like they're an inconvenience.

Prices are outrageous! I wanted to have my cat's teeth cleaned. She's 4 yrs. old and healthy. Fees started at $825-1300. They said she needed a pre-op appoint. prior which was going to cost $150. I paid $738 total for my 75 lb. dog's dental last March! She had an exam Oct. '22 and was told she had mild gingivitis. Looking for a new Vet!

Very nice staff! We saw Dr. Kristen for a new kitten well visit, and she was very nice as were the vet techs. Prices were reasonable. Takes awhile to get an appt.

Dr Messner is simply the best. Professional, compassionate and unbelievably smart.

Sadly I was in her practice since before Michelle Messner even bought it from Dr Toth. I love her staff but recently had one of our dogs referred to Metro by her practice. Lethargic, dehydrated and fever. We put her into the Internal Medicine group at Metro. After $4950 we still don't have a definite answer. I contacted Creekside just as an FYI. When my MD refers me out she always wants feedback from me because she cares and wants to know my opinion. I spoke with the Creekside staff a few times during all of this knowing Lily was in a different practice because I know them well and wanted their opinion about a few things. Michelle called me and lectured me, kept interrupting me and was disrespectful. All I wanted was to FYI her. She talked down to me and now I have no confidence that we could have a good ongoing relationship with the way she spoke to me. There was no discussion it was all her. She never once asked about how Lily was doing. I'm the foster for Akron and Medina Battered Women's Shelter and have been in rescue for over 30 years and I've spend thousands with Creekside over that period of time along at Metro too. Again her staff is great but she's not nice. I've left her practice because she wouldn't listen. Kept asking what I wanted her to do about my issues. Then she said she was part owner of Metro. You can't fix what you don't know. She was immediately on the defensive with me instead of taking what I tried to tell her and do what she thought should be done if she thought it was appropriate. That was all but she wasn't going to hear it. Can not recommend her.
