Took my classic car in for a suspension issue. People were very friendly, listened well, and updated me appropriately when my car was fixed. Great conversation with a gentleman there on future repairs for my car. Good prices, and very pleased with last visit. Definitely will go again!

These guys know there stuff! They are easy to talk to and did a very good job fixing a job most places wouldn't touch! My car has been saved. 2013 Taurus SHO bad water pump. Other places said take it to a dealer $$$$ or get rid of it. But L O Auto was not scared. Really appreciate it guys! Also, they are certified and cover the work they do Nationwide.

L.O. Auto is a great place to take your vehicle! The prices are reasonable, they don’t push a bunch of unnecessary maintenance on you, they’re quick, and David’s customer service was top notch. I also really appreciate that David took the time to thoroughly explain things - he drew pictures to help me better understand and let me see the condition of my car and the parts being replaced. He even found an issue that two other mechanics missed, without me even telling him what was up (because two other shops told me they couldn’t find the issue so I thought maybe I was crazy!!). My car runs so smooth now and is fun to drive again. Thanks L.O. Auto!!! I’ll be back!

These guys went OUT of their way to replace tires, rotors, and pads on my wife’s import. Even after she accidentally gave them the wrong model year which delayed their ability to complete the work, they chose to stay late n order to meet their deadline. All of this after they diagnosed the error instead of turning a blind eye and playing ignorant. The operated with integrity and real class which, in the service industry, especially vehicles is hard to find. They’ve made lifelong customers out of our family.
